All Staff were wonderful including at dining room. Disappointed in TV....no news or English channels, no refrigerator in room, no access to ice.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, very clean and the bathroom is fantastic. The breakfast that's included is also amazing. Excellent Ocean view. And only about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Copenhagen. Excellent hotel. The daytime staff when I was leaving were excellent and very courteous. And the dining staff at the breakfast were also excellent

Super confusing that there is like 5 scandic hotels in the same city. The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. Good location for the airport.

Wonderful hotel. Close to airport We had an amazing view of the sea and sailboats from our room. The top floor bar and patio had amazing views as well. Very friendly and helpful staff

We loved to stay there with the family, although it was really a pity that we couldn't use the Spa with the family (kids under 16). In addition to this we recommend to book upfront a table for dinner in the Seating or the Skybar.

Hotel mit guter Anbindung ins Zentrum (Bus und Metro) sowie zum Flughafen (quasi fußläufig oder mit Bus/Metro). Leider kaum Verstaumöglichkekiten für Kleidung. Als Familie mit einem Kind stehen selbst im Familienzimmer lediglich 3 kleine ca. 40 x 40 x 40 cm Regalfächer und ein paar Kleiderbügel zur Verfügung. Bei längerem Aufenthalt und kühlerem Wetter lebt man daher aus dem Koffer, für den in diesem kleinen Zimmer ohnehin schon kein Platz ist. Kulinarisch hat Dänemark wenig zu bieten, so auch das Frühstücksbuffet. Leider gibt es nicht einmal einen kleinen Kühlschrank um das Nötigste kühlen zu können.

We did like the view and the rooftop bar. Besides the breakfast has been very good - especially the variety of food and the coffee. It’s close to the airport and the beach and not too far from the city.

great views out to sea. good hotel. I thought the quality of the room furniture was a bit lacking given the quality of everything else, but a small thing. location no use for the city but great for the airport and bridge.

Staff are great, 1 receptionist let me get coffee & said it's in his at 9pm. Close to Metro & airport & there is a shuttle to & from airport just have to book in advance

Careful if arriving after 10pm as shuttle doesn’t operates after 10pm…when I call d they told me it was only a 5 min walk but not true…had to pay taxi 91 krone for a 1.3 km ride!!!

It’s an airport hotel and it served its purpose well. We stayed over night for a transit. The check in near mid night was efficient, a bit confusion there because Expedia was down and they couldn’t follow up some of my questions which were sent via Expedia. Room was clean. Breakfast buffet was great, late checkout at 12 pm was perfect. The only issue was that there wasn’t any hotel shuttle transfer from and to the airport during weekend. Taxi was the only choice, the ride took 5 mins.

Vorsicht abzocke bei den Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel. Park Control erhebt 875dkk wenn man keine Buchung vornimmt. Bereits beim checkin ist man besorgt das ein Strafzettel droht. Es laufen durchgehend Kontrolleure rum. Verdient das Hotel ebenfalls hier (Kooperation gegeben?)?

Wonderful stay! Comfortable room, lovely bed, and very friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning was great - lots of options to choose from. Walkable from the airport, but a shuttle service made the trip back to the airport a breeze.

The breakfast is great. The stuff is nice and super helpful in recommending where to eat and where to go. They offer free shuttle service, but ends at 4.

Please update property information to warn guests that shuttle service to/from airport is limited to certain days, that dinner seating is also limited (but there’s a cute family owned restaurant a short walk away), and that the bar area closes very early on Saturday afternoon.

Das Hotel ist super, aber das Personal unterirdisch. Ich haben eine email vor dem Aufenthalt geschrieben um wichtiges zu klären - keine Antwort wodurch unser Urlaub massiv eingeschränkt wurde. Auf die email nach dem Urlaub wurde ebenfalls nicht geantwortet.

We had an extremely pleasant overnight stay at the Scandic before flying out of Kastrup. Very quiet, convenient to the metro, and has an excellent breakfast buffet.

We stayed for only one night and had an early flight the next morning. The room was perfect, clean and cozy. We arrived at 8pm and the lobby and halls were quiet. We absolutely recommend this hotel.

I had dinner in the hotel and got very sick in the night because of the food. the next morning while checking out I informed the staff and the person at the desk took my data and promised to inform the director of teh hotel, so that they will come come back to me by email with some response. After three days nobody contected me. I've been sick three days beacuse of their food and had to cancel a business trip for the following days. This kind of hotel cannot afford such a bad service and follow up. Absolutely not accetable.
