"my family had an event in Shingle Springs and we ended up staying at this wonderful place. I don't usually write reviews but wanted to let other people know of this gem. Sarah was very accommodating to any requests we had. It was very clean, cute with books for all ages and DVD videos. There is a regular size fridge (love it) and anything you need to be able to cook meals there. The yard is safely fenced in and we had our puppy and that worked out great. "The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country). We cooked dinner both nights and the kitchen had the basics. The kitchen needs a full sized garage can (with extra trash bags). The...

"We had a wonderful stay at Greenstone Cottage. Wow, very clean and not overly crowded. I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Ken is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is very comfortable, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"My wife, our dog, and myself had a wonderful time at the cottage. We were looking for a quiet 4th of July and we got that and more. Frank is a great host. Perfect communication, friendly, and accessible. We had nice walks through the neighborhood and we explored Sutter Creek and Plymouth with some dog friendly wineries.We highly recommend Frank and the cottage for your stay!"

"The cabin was in a quiet area, very relaxing, easy walk to the river on private property. The owners left a free bottle of wine and it was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, seasonings, and a barbecue. there was a nice area for the dog to be able to run around and play in. They had movies available books and games, indoor and outdoor."

"Suzanne was an amazing host! We loved her property and all the special touches she put into it. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The bed was very comfortable and our daughter loved sleeping in the loft. The cottage was tastefully decorated and when we come back to Sutter Creek we will deliver stay again. Thank you Suzanne!"

"What a wonderful location on a hill with a stunning view all day the rooms were great and all the amenities were top knotch my were where a huge family ranging from grandkids to grandparents everyone had a blast and didnt want the weekend to end, futhermore the host were so kind and extremely helpful we will be lookimg foward to our next trip"

"Absolutely beautiful property overlooking the creek. The interior was really well done. Small driveway that’s situated just around a corner to be cautions. But overall really nice. "

"Comfy cabin with large deck. We enjoyed sitting outside in the quiet evenings. Comfortable beds, but thin, steep stairs going to second floor. Only half-bath upstairs but two full baths downstairs. Good variety of games to play, adequate dishes, and a Keurig coffee maker. Grocery store a mile nearby. Owner very good communication. "
