"I normally have a great experience, this time the room I was given first looked like someone else was using it. I got it changed to not a great room despite the hotel being more or less empty. But the new room was only set for one night rather than two - which I got sorted on the second day , but it’s just nit what you expect, especially with the hotel being quiet . "We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation.
