"stayed one night, what a great place, everything was perfect, very close to the beach, really quiet at night, the owners provided fresh milk, orange juice, and some crisps, biscuits, and cereal. Loved the beach decor in the room, if I am ever back in the area will stay again."

"Our short time at Avocet key was extremely enjoyable and left us completely refreshed and relaxed. The accommodation was very clean and fantastically equipped to a very high standard. The view out onto the wetland pond was constantly changing as we were entertained by a pair of Swans and other water birds, and even a passing fox. "We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at York Street. This was a return visit as the house is perfectly located for Shepherds Marina. The house is spotless and has a lovely garden/ outdoor seating. With 2 good sized clean and modern bathrooms and 3 bedrooms plus sofa bed in living room makes it perfect for a crew of 6-8.
The Island Holiday Company made booking and check-in very easy. We’ll be back next year!"
