  • The luxurious holiday home with sauna and whirlpool and large garden is a modern interpretation of the tradition of the Black Forest house, as it was found in the northern part of the Black Forest. An elongated, purist building, with no eaves and flourishes.
    The house is a semi-detached house and has 2 identical cottages with a total of 320 m2 of living space in both houses. The house has 160m2 per house which you book here.

    The interior design continues the concept consistently. Dark floors and natural wood contrast with the plain, white-plastered ceilings and walls.

    Integrated in the living and dining area are on two levels, the view of the countryside is also possible from the back of the building and through the generous corner windows, the view into nature is made possible. Large wooden terraces extend the living space into the outdoor area.

Alles was man sich wünscht

Großartig eingerichtet und voll ausgestattets Haus. Alles wirklich alles war vorhanden und hat tadellos funktioniert. Sehr Gastfreundlich ohne auch nur ansatzweise aufdringlich zu wirken.

Nice semidetached house. Not good service

The photos of this house are spectacular. Reality is good but not so much. We were two families dreaming of the huge garden where we had barbecues and having our children playing football all week. When we arrived we had the first surprise when we realized that the house is paired, not isolated, that information does not appear on the website. The second surprise came when we saw that although it is a nice house, it is not up to the photos. Good photographer!! the third was the worst, when we saw that the huge garden of the photos, although they told us it was shared, when they showed it to us, it is not next to house 1, it really belongs to house 2, if the occupants of house 1 use, as recommended by the owners, would be greatly invading their privacy because it is next to the living room and kitchen of the house 2. The garden with which we had dreamed from our reservation did not exist !! We decided not to pay the extras until we spoke to the owners to ask for an explanation of why this information does not appear on the web, and it hadn’t been shared with us in the numerous contacts we had had. The owner took care of us with a very unkind, rude tone and laughing at the arguments we exposed and giving us the option of going to find another house, if we did not like it. We have traveled a lot and this is the first time that an owner treated us with such disdain. We asked him to come to the house to talk to us directly to find a solution and pay the deposit and extras. It did not come in all week, we were surprised with the customer service offered by this house. A service-oriented owner, would have come to the house to try to dialogue, offer us a solution and if it could not be, an apology, and at the same time have charged the deposit and extras. We were very disappointed. The house is beautiful, but if you have a problem, do not think that you will be treated with kindness and service. I hope that this review serves to publish the announcement with the real data and benefits of the houses they offer, without misleading information. The first photo that appears, only corresponds to one of the houses (house 2). If you are going to rent this house seduced by that beautiful garden, make sure it is house 2 before going, if not, they will not pay any attention to your complaints for their lack of information. We should create a homeAway website based on honesty, good service and responsibility of all parties. If one of this fail, everything fails

Es stimmt einfach alles...

Wir waren zwar zum arbeiten hier (Tagung), trotzdem war es hier wie Urlaub. Das Wellness-Angebot haben alle Teilnehmer rege genutzt und kam sehr gut an. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Perfektes Wochenende Freunde mit Kindern

Wir hatten über Christi Himmelfahrt ein wunderbares Wochenende in beiden Häusern Dieboldsberg mit Erwachsenen und Kindern. Wetter war herrlich, die Kids genossen Spielplatz und Aussenbereich, auch der Whirlpool kam sehr gut an. In den Häusern gibt es viele Spielsachen, den Kids wurde wirklich nicht langweilig. Die Erwachsenen entspannten auf Sofa und Terrasse. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig, es gibt Geschirr pro Haus für 30 Personen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher können extra dazu bestellt werden. Seit unserem letzten Besuch vor einigen Jahren wurden Grill und einige Betten aufgewertet, das Haus hat wirklich alles, was man für ein entspanntes und geselliges Miteinander braucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Modern Black Forest Retreat

Our family wanted to get away and explore the Black Forest area and this home provided us the perfect location where we were close to stores, hiking, outdoor activities and more. We loved having the indoor fireplace and the vast windows in the living room that looked out over the forest. The bathrooms and accommodations were superb, fitted with waterfall showers, a sauna, and everything you would need during your stay. The administration team was very responsive and communicated well with us. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and for such a wonderful weekend getaway.

Das Ferienhaus hat einen schönen großen Esstisch, an dem wir zu Neunt gut Platz hatten und es ist mit Geschirr und Gläsern sowie Küchenutensilien sehr gut bestückt. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann direkt vom Haus aus los wandern. Es war alles sehr sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit allem, was man braucht

Wir sind mit der Erwartung in den Urlaub gefahren vieles vor Ort machen zu können. Die Natur hatten wir vor der Haustür, Restaurants in 5-10 Fahrminuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso und das Haus bietet Wellness (Sauna, Badewanne mit Whirlpoolfunktionen, Spielplatz im Garten, viel Platz im Haus und einen Kamin) direkt vor Ort. Es gab ein paar technische Kleinigkeiten, die nicht komplett funktionierten, was aber entweder gleich behoben wurde oder nicht beeinträchtigte. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und für Kinder wird sehr viel bereitgestellt- Kinderstühle, Treppenschutz!! und auch ein kleines Reinigungskörbchen, was mit Kind immer nützlich ist. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen.

Super schönes Haus, perfektes Inventar

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings mit 11 Erwachsene und einem Kind ein wenig eng. Oben an der Treppe wäre eine Tür sehr hilfreich, für diejenigen die abends eher schlafen wollen. Dann schallt es nicht so.

Traumhaus

Wir haben eine Woche mit 8 Freundinnen im Ferienhaus Dieboldsberg 1 verbracht. Wir sind schon oft mit der gleichen Gruppe gefahren und waren bisher in keinem so gut ausgestatteten Haus. Wenn wir nicht gerade in der Gegend unterwegs waren, konnten wir auf der Terrasse im Liegestuhl oder in der Sauna entspannen. Ein Kaminofen an kalten Abendenden, eine große Couch und ein großer Tischt für gemeinsames Essen hat das ganze abgerundet. Die Liebe zum Detail in der Einrichtung des Hauses steigert den Wohlfühlfaktor zusätzlich! Die Terrasse ist zu den Nachbarn des Doppelhauses ist abgeschirmt, der Rest des abschüssig liegenden Gartens teilt man sich mit dem Nachbar. Allerdings ist die Terrasse so groß, das wir den Garten dazu gar nicht genutzt haben. Einen Stern Abzug im Bereich Sauberkeit gibt es, weil die Kleiderschränke, Nachtische oder andere Ablagen nicht staubfein waren. Alles wichtige wie Kühlschrank oder Badezimmer waren sauber. Reist man mit dem Auto an, hat man mit bis zu 30 Min. Fahrt im Umkreis viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Die Familie Roth und auch die Dame von der Verwaltung vor Ort waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Definitiv eine große Empfehlung!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz, tolle Sauna und Garten. Leider hat bei der Ankunft der Meldebogen gefehlt, sodass wir die Konuskarte gar nicht nutzen konnten. Erst nach Anruf wurde uns der Schein und Wäschesäcke gebracht. Nur eine Kleinigkeit für uns, der Kurzurlaub war trotzdem genial und alle hatten eine gute Zeit.
