With a keyed interior entrance off the main foyer of the house, this private room includes a wood burning fireplace, spacious bathroom with large tiled bathtub, shower, two sink/vanity areas, and a private patio outside a back door exterior entrance.
The space
The Suite is private, and shares no walls with other Suites in the house.
The lobby is keyed, and the Suite also has an additional keypad entry.
The property is secluded inside the city. Within walking distance of convenience store and less than a mile to downtown.
Located in one of the few areas in Alpine with high speed fiber internet.
Guest access
There is a supply closet which is kept locked in the bedroom, but otherwise there are no access restrictions.
