We checked the cabin and found no bugs of any kind. An exterminator was also called and checked and did not find anything, but treated the cabin regardless. We pride ourselves in cleanliness and respond to any problems as soon as we are alerted to them. We sent a FULL refund through VRBO and a money order to the clients and are sorry for any inconvenience.. We could have referred them to numerous other cabins/hotels in the area, had they asked. Once alerted to this issue, we looked back at the clients who had rented before them and it was a f amily which had illegally brought a puppy with them, and they let the dog sleep in the cabin. This is why we do NOT allow pets. Nevertheless, we are sorry this happened to our clients and wish them good luck in their future vacations. Mrs. B

Thank you for letting us know about the table, it was fine before the last group was there. It will be taken care of immediately. I just recently purchased these cabins and we do have some new pillows and mattress pillow toppers on order, but due to the COVID19, everything is being shipped in small numbers. We are still awaiting a huge amount of new items, they are trickling in slowly . As the items come in, we are able to redecorate the cabins, one at a time. We are still awaiting the items for the cabin you stayed in, and up till now we had not had any complaints. I do appreciate the information. Thx for your stay. Mrs B
