Kami booking 1 mlm beserta makan pagi dengan harapan keadaan hotel telah dibaik pulih selepas di viral tempohari. keadaan serta kemudahan hotel semakin tak dijaga seperti yang kami menginap 3 tahun lepas dan ditambah dengan sarapan ala carte dengan tiga pilihan sahaja. Hotel mesti maklum pada pengguna tentang hal makan pagi ini kerana ianya amat tidak patut seperti yang ditawar oleh hotel-hotel lain yang setaraf.

Well the property need a lot of updating. Alor Setar has not been a good choice for hotel.

The positive thing, is that the room is spacious and big. Good view of the Alor Setar Tower. The plug in point was not working and the bathroom was looking old and not spotless clean. The place needs a bit of upkeeping

The facilities were old, the room had a strange smell, the bathroom felt dirty, the bath towels were old and should have been changed, and the bed sheets weren't very clean either.

Too friendly

Very hospitable hotel with complimentary sandwiches left over from previous tenant. Just like the staff, the unidentified presences were very friendly. They ring door bell before entering. Just as stated, shower has 2 options, either very hot or very cold. Nothing in the middle.

Very disappointing experience

Terrible stay. The room was dirty, the shower had no hot water, and the aircon wasn't cold. I asked to change rooms and they refused. Never coming back.

The room seemed kinda tired. There were patches on the carpet where water had obviously seeped through, especially where the bedroom carpet met the bathroom. The two times I stayed there, there were these floor blowers to dry out the carpet in the corridors.

Wifi not working. No reception. Wifi is essential when oversees. I complained to reception and received an apologetic smile. Pls do not publish this feedback. For hotel.com info as wifi is indicated in the booking.

Beyond being dated, this hotel has a serious cleanliness issue. There is mold everywhere in the bathroom and the fixtures are extremely dirty and in poor condition. I have never been in a hotel in such a deplorable state. AVOID this hotel unless this is the last place on earth available to you. Staff are unhelpful and don't seem to care. My worse hotel experience ever.

Having traveled extensively across Asia for the past 15 years I can honest say I his was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in . We didn’t get the room we had booked , the tv in the room was unwatchable due to the poor reception, the room had a small fridge which despite having drinks in it didn’t work , no hot water . The food at breakfast was not great , the bread was so hard it was impossible to cut . The toilet flush was also trouble. I would never recommend this place and wil never return

Stay AWAY !!

This is one property I would stay away from. It's seen better days that's for sure. What it need is a total overhaul of the entire property starting with a fresh coat of paint, new floor carpet as the one in our room has a peculiar smell. Washroom is decent but there was no hot water, faucet was broken and you could literally move the bath tub. One thing for sure is that I will not be returning to the hotel.

Slow responses to fix problems

The hotel is very old, and my room was not well maintained. I informed the reception that the TV and the safe were out of order. Nothing was done after 2days. You need to run water over 5min to get hot water. The window does not close properly. It has been a very uncomfortable stay.

Selalu stay OK je, semlm aircond tak sejuk, pgl technician utk check pastu da sejuk sikit then panas balik sbb I tukar level 2,pgl lagi technician tukar balik level 3 baru sejuk. Dah ler bising aircond tu bila level 3,mintak tukar bilik lain sbb dah pukul 12am,aku nk rehat pon xblh. Dah ler bayar bilik mahal, xbg pulak bilik yg lain. So ini last la stay cni. Lepas nie aku stay tpt lain plak
