"Great location, lovely staff, comfortable room. Refreshments were a lovely touch and having a fridge was useful. Only downside was the noise outside but it was a Saturday night and not the fault of the property."

"The only thing going for this place was the central location, near to historic sites and restaurants.
The faults were many.
It was advertised as a B&B, but breakfasts had ceased in June of this year.

"The room and the whole house was spotlessly clean. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. We loved the breakfast, the choice and the breakfast room. Thank you for a lovely stay and your helpfulness. "

"This accommodation is very well located in the Kelso town square and within easy walking distance to pubs, cafes and restaurants.The bakery to the left of the front door is outstanding for home cooked morning rolls and beautiful cakes.
Apartment 1 is spacious, clean and has everything you need despite the furnishings being a bit dated. Note this accommodation may not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the stairs to all rooms. This is a great base for trips to Lindisfarne,Bamburgh...
