"Check in took forever for them to find a key, the blanket on the Queen bed had what I *hope* was a thick chocolate stain. There was a melted lolly(?) on the floor that I only saw when I stepped in it, and a cockroach on the wall during the night that I had to kill. And the smells! The room had a terrible odour, and the spray fragrance in the hallway was so strong I literally had to breath through my jumper when leaving the room at all. Stayed for a stopover from Melbourne to Brisbane, very glad...

We believe this is gradually being undertaken. A little disappointing seeing the price paid would have been for a room in far better condition. At least l was happy my dog could stay with me inside, for an extra fee. I hope the owners will be able to make the necessary improvements over time."
