"The lords seat was a lovely place to stay, very comfortable and clean. Great location with amazing views. Nice to have the extras like the dvds and games. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked but, you will need to bring any essentials salt and pepper, oil, etc. very nice pet welcome pack and packs of welcome with tea and cleaning items. "I found the apartment to be clean, comfortable and well equipped, the allocated parking space is great to have as street parking can be challenging in Keswick. The location is perfect, quiet with only a short walk into town. I'd certainly book again unless I decided to take bikes as there didn't appear to be anywhere for storing them. The welcome tray of tea and coffee etc. was much appreciated after a long drive, thank you."

"The cottage was well appointed and met all of our needs. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom modern and clean. Parking space was good and location excellent for access to local amenities and Keswick. Would happily return. Minor issues would be I found the living room sofas a little to soft for me and access is up a short flight of steps although this didn't pose a problem for us."

"Rosebank is a very clean, comfortable cottage. Lovely views across to the hills at the back & pheasants & lots of birds visit the garden.Very handy for the Coledale Inn, & the Royal Oak & 5 minutes in the car to Keswick if you want to try something different like Thai food at the the Star of Siam.
