Rustic Meets Modern Farmhouse on Vineyard & Winery

  • Rustic meets luxury in our light-filled farmhouse in Upper Bucks County.

    Our 1800’s farmhouse exudes an earthy and warm charm, with a touch of modern-day elegance. Our farmhouse sits upon 26 acres of working farm, including our Vineyard & Winery. Take in the peaceful surroundings in the early morning with your favorite coffee from the deck or patio. By night, stargaze to the sounds of a crackling fire pit and bottle of wine.

    Wine Tastings are available upon request. Fresh farm produce will be available for purchase May - October.

    The house and property are available for up to 8 guests to stay. Any am or pm group gatherings on the property of 12 or more people, please reach out to Christina as certain types of gatherings will require special permissions from the township.

Friends Getaway

Wonderful property and such an enjoyable stay. All the comforts of home mixed with a historic farmhouse feel. We were truly taken with the cozy and warm environment and look forward to staying again. Would recommend over and over!

Another great stay at Pieri Farm

This is our fourth stay at the farmhouse and as always it had everything we needed, both inside and outside. Warm friendly hosts and a big comfortable house. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Bridal home!! Amazing

We rented this home for my daughter and her bridesmaids and family to get ready for her wedding in Quakertown. Beautiful pictures, plenty of room for everyone and very clean beautiful old charm with all new amenities . Thank you much for a amazing property to make my daughter dream day come true.

Totally awesome restored farmhouse. Had everything we needed and bed was so comfortable that I literally ordered one for my house.If you like coffee they have incredible equipment….Six stars out of five.

Amazing place

The house is in an excellent condition fully renovated with a mix of rustic and modern touch. We absolutely loved it. The property is huge and you can have a walk around it.

Wonderful accommodation!

We stayed with family over the holidays. The owner was very responsive about fixing the one minor problem we had during our stay. We would definitly return if we come to the area again.

Girls Trip Year 17❤️

The Farm House was beautiful and immaculate. It was a wonderful time spent with Girls for our 17th year. We were so blessed to have a relaxing and fun weekend as Mothers, Daughters, Cousins and best of all Friends. Don't hesitate to book, it is worth every penny.

Wonderful farm house

Our family, 5 adults and 3 young children enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of sleeping options, all comfortable beds. A trundle for the 6 and 4 year old brothers plus a crib for the 7 month old sister. The adults had large comfortable rooms. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and many options where to sit and eat. There were toys for the kids as a great bonus. Highly recommend this house.

Excellent house

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was as we expected based on the listing. The beds are very comfortable and the extra touches were appreciated such as providing a crib, plenty of coffee options, etc. Our family had a lot of fun enjoying and exploring the character of this home. The setting is picturesque and can’t be beat. The host was very quick to reply to our questions before the stay. Highly recommend!
