"The apartment was perfect! Location perfect! It was the coldest week of the year and the lockbox was buried under a foot of snow and they had someone come dig it out and open it for us! 9/10 I hold back the 1 because the welcome instructions say the property manager will contact you 2-3 hours before check in. And that didn’t happen I had to walk 2 blocks with 2 suitcases and bags because they didn’t call and the address wasn’t correct. Really frustrating in 15 degrees but it all worked out"

"This was an unregistered listing in violation of New York Law. Both the property management team and VRBO are violating the law. Neighbors informed us they would be calling the police. In addition the apartment door was plastered with violation notices. The external door key also was not functioning. I have asked for a refund. Terrible experience."
