"Pedimos una habitación cerca del elevador desde que hicimos la reservación, nos dieron la última habitación del último piso. Al pedirles ahí la habitación más cerca del elevador nos dijeron que tenían muchas reservaciones y que como mucha gente estaba llegando no nos podían cambiar. La limpieza la hicieron a medias y bastante temprano. "

"We were a little doubtful when we pulled into the parking lot as to whether we had chosen well or not. However, check in went smoothly and we were delighted when we saw our room. It was very large with two queen size beds and looked brand new! Everything was new in the bedroom and in the bathroom, including the air conditioner. "We did a trip that had us stopping in Erie PA for two days then to Buffalo to see the falls for two days. We did a high end loft in Buffalo. After staying in 4 different places this was our most favorite. We had our German Shepherd with us and the big yard was perfect. If we had it to do over again we would go straight here. "
