"We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Hammondsport. The hotel is clean and new and clearly well maintained and run. We tried out most of the amenities - the breakfast, pool, nightly firepits. The daily breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I have enjoyed and the ladies who managed it were so helpful and kind. The pool was great fun for the kids and the firepits were an unexpected plus. "Such a diamond in the rough. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are extremely courteous. I was accidentally assigned a smoking room, and there was no alternative avaliable. They were apologetic and when we decided to check it anyways, you could barely tell, even for 2 non-smokers. Buffet dinner, as usual, was excellent and the service was great. "

Al pedirles ahí la habitación más cerca del elevador nos dijeron que tenían muchas reservaciones y que como mucha gente estaba llegando no nos podían cambiar. La limpieza la hicieron a medias y bastante temprano. "
