"What a great house! Well maintained. The interior is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need or want. It’s spacious with modern appliances and really cool stuff to make your stay comfortable and satisfying. Our host anticipated an unusual cold snap and notified us they had added extra firewood for our stay. (Nice touch). We will definitely stay again! Thank you Shaun and Bill."

"Positives: The cabin was super cute. The trail to Loch Leven lakes was a 5min walk away. Up the road (about a 10min walk) is a swimming hole. There was access to the river behind the house but not really a place to layout, I am also not sure if it was part of someone's property. Not so positives: I do wish there was screen doors on both the front and back doors to allow for a better breeze to come in. We also had issues with the hot water staying on. "We booked last minute and heard back quickly with clear instructions. Only thing that would have made it clearer is describing which door to use for baby bear or a sign on the door, but it was pretty easy to figure out. This location was perfect for driving into Grass Valley (a tad too far and hilly for a comfy walk from town). The apartment was spacious with a nice, small kitchen and wonderful views of the pine lined mountains in the distance. A great rate and comfy get away."

"Everything was as advertised. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. We never turned on the TV, but we did use our travel Bluetooth speaker. We chose the downstairs bedroom, even though it has the smaller bed, because the view out the windows is superior. Our dog loved the yard and chilling on the porch. The RV was not there during our stay, so all was quiet and private. It was just right for us!"

"A great home in a quiet location with the perfect layout for gathering. Such a nice cabin, the open concept floor plan was ideal for hosting, family time and fun. The rooms were a nice layout for two families to share the home. The back deck was large and fully fenced which was ideal for our small children! A quick route to town and near a huge field that was perfect for watching the best fireworks show! We had so much fun celebrating freedom on the fourth!"
