As you can see, our house is unique in Alicante, there are no houses for rent so prepared with a heated pool as big as ours, or with a Spa in caves. The large tropical garden requires a lot of water for irrigation and cleaning of fallen leaves of trees, our tenants must always be happy and everything should be clean. There are water fountains in the summer that our tenants do not recommend operating them, because it is standing water. The house has 27 windows, all have mosquito nets installed, we recommend our tenants to use this function. Muchas gracias por su visita y su comentario. Siempre aconsejamos a nuestros huéspedes que, ventilen la casa cada dia, abriendo sus ventanas. Hay mucha agua en las cuevas donde se encuentra ubicado el Spa. Es normal que haya humedad, debido a estas instalaciones, pero no es ningún problema si el huésped se ocupa de ventilar cada dia la casa.
