5 nights over new year. 7 of us. We absolutely loved it. The apartment has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. Really great location. The hosts Marissa and Chimo couldn’t do enough for us, they met us from the bus and took us for a full tour of the apartment. Booked our New Years Eve reservation at a restaurant they recommended, which was exceptional. When we wanted another restaurant I text them and it was sorted very quickly. The information booklet in the apartment was the best I’ve ever seen. It listed anll information about the apartment and loads of info on the local area. Without hesitation I would book again. Thanks for a great stay!

Having enjoyed a stay with friends this time last year I returned with a different group this year. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Super spacious, clean, and well stocked!

We had a nice stay in Alicante. This is the largest apartment I’ve ever rented on VRBO - just an amazing amount of space if you have a larger group (we had 5 with 3 teens who want their own space). It’s clean and well stocked with toiletries and soap and anything else you might need.

Home away from home.

Great central location in Alicante with access to many sites to see in the city while a short distance away from the rush of the touristy shops. Great host for this property. Provided details of local locations to check out and hot spots to see. Will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we visit.

Great Location/Neighborhood and Accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay - perfect for a 3-generation family visit to Alicante! The building is secure, has historical woodwork and flooring, with a modern lift that was nice for suitcases. The apartment itself is modern and nicely decorated/furnished. The owners are very helpful/communicative, and met us at the place for check in to provide orientation /answer any questions. We enjoyed the location - the experience felt like living in the neighborhood, while the main area of the city was only 5 minutes away. Right by the apartment are a number of places to get coffee, lunch, and dinner/late night food. There is a plaza just a short walk away where we could always get a taxi at the taxi stand - even at 5am! No need to wonder how to find a taxi or whether you can get one. This was great for early morning trips to the train station to save time and not have to walk with luggage. There is a big grocery store nearby with many selections of local wine - the restaurant scene is so good so we just browsed the food options at the store. The Mercado is 5 minutes away and is worth a visit to walk the stalls and see the fruits, meats, seafood, sweets, and flowers. That places you right at the start of a walking adventure that is historic, full of great food options, and will take you to the Marina area and/or Castle. We always felt safe in the area, whether at 5am going to the train station or 1am coming back from a late night dinner and cocktails. Highly recommend!

A lovely apartment in a good location

This is a lovely apartment with great space and facilities and a generous host. We had a communication gap which necessitated some late transport arrangements ( due to health needs) but from our arrival onward we have had a fabulous stay. Our hosts were also very helpful in advising us of running routes (one of our party is preparing for the London Marathon) We loved the restaurant, bars and cafe scene in Alicante and also used the very local mercadonna supermarket. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Stay and Close to everything!

Chimo and Marisa were great hosts at their VRBO. Their apartment is beautiful and as described. Spacious, comfortable, well taken care of, and lots of sunlight. We were within walking distance of everything we needed and were able to explore all the city had to offer. Best location to stay in Alicante. We will de back.

Fantastisk lägenhet med bra läge

Lägenheten var lika fin som på bilderna. Vi bodde 5 vuxna och trivdes jättebra! Bra läge, nära till allt. Värdarna var jättetrevliga! De hämtade samt lämnade oss på flygplatsen och gav oss en liten guidad tur runt stan. Bra pärm med en massa tips i lägenheten. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta. Vi kommer gärna tillbaks hit!

Wonderful!

This apartment is quite simply the best we have ever stayed in with regard to being a real home from home. The kitchen really is very well equipt. The rooms large and beautifully furnished. The bathrooms have everything you would need with regard to toiletries. There is a supermarket just around the corner and the fresh food market just a block or so away. The location is within very easy walking distance of tram and train stations, bus stops for the airport, the castle, seafront, shopping areas and old town. Marisa was in contact before we arrived and met us at the airport making our arrival so easy and relaxing. The apartment is on the second floor and has a lift if you want to use it so there no access issues at all. We'd have no hesitation at all in booking Marisa's apartment again if we came back to Alicante.

Tolles Appartement mit Super-Gastgebern in einer sehr schönen Stadt

Das Appartement bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Für unseren kleinen Sohn gab es sogar ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Bis zur Promenade bzw. dem Strand sind es ca. 20 Gehminuten. Supermarkt und Bars/ Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür.

Amazing apartment

Very stylish apartment on second floor . Every room looked fabulous and was furnished beautifully . It certainly has the WOW factor . The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could ever need as were the three bathrooms . Every last detail has been thought of in this fantastic apartment . The only negative was the front door lock to the whole block , it is a bit tricky at times but I guess it’s down to all the owners to rectify that . There are lots of places nearby for eating /drinking and a two minute walk to the market which is definitely worth a visit . Five more minutes takes you to the promenade . A taxi back will cost about €5. The communication from Marissa was great and the transfer with Joachim was first class , full of useful information and we were in touch via WhatsApp for any queries. All in all a super stay in a fabulous apartment ..not forgetting the fresh pastries left in the kitchen for our arrival . Will return there for sure . It was everything we wanted and more .

Large apartment in Alicante

Very large and well equipped apartment in a modern building. Penthouse location with fabulous views of castle and area. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Very convenient with 2 parking spaces in underground garage. The Grand Via shopping centre was a few minutes walk with a great supermarket. A few small but nice restaurants also in walking distance. Only negative would be condition of sofas in lounge. Really need to renew these soon. We had a group of 6 adults and we really enjoyed our stay

Marisa e Joaquin, proprietari fantastici

La casa è spaziosa, ben arredata ed equipaggiata di tutti i comfort. E' stato veramente piacevole trascorrere la nostra vacanza di una settimana qui, appartamento pulito e ben tenuto. La descrizione sul sito è impeccabile e corrisponde alla perfezione con i servizi offerti. Si trova in una zona abbastanza centrale di Alicante, molto tranquilla anche la sera, e con 15 minuti a piedi è possibile arrivare ovunque. Ciò che dà più valore a questa proprietà sono Joaquin e Marisa gentilissimi ed accoglienti. Ci sono venuti a prendere all'aeroporto, ci hanno dato qualsiasi tipo di informazione sia sull'appartamento che sulla città, dai consigli su dove andare a fare la spesa a dove mangiare o cosa visitare. Sono stati molto flessibili sia con il check-in sia con il check-out e c'è stata un'ottima comunicazione su whatsapp durante tutto il pernottamento. Due proprietari veramente disponibili che sono stati pronti a risolvere in ogni modo i piccoli inconvenienti che si sono venuti a creare durante la vacanza, senza contare che ci hanno addirittura riaccompagnati all'aeroporto al momento della partenza. Raccomandiamo assolutamente questo appartamento. Grazie mille.

Wonderful stay with all that you need.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. The property is very spacious with all the special touches one would find in their own home. The neighborhood feels safe and has a grocery store very close by. It is a close walk to all attractions. Would recommend to friends and family.
