Luces y sombras

Pros: Piso limpio, con magníficas vistas y buena decoración. Propietaria amable. Contras: El principal, que figuraba en el anuncio “aparcamiento” y el mismo resultó, en palabras textuales de la propiedad “que se puede aparcar en la calle”. También Grietas en las paredes de los dos dormitorios. Finalmente, nos solicitó devolución de uno de los “dos” juegos de llaves, cuando sólo nos habían facilitado uno.

Aurora is awesome. Made us feel at home. The home is beautiful. Very clean and location cannot be beat. Easy walk to city center and everything. Mini market and restaurants just steps away as well. Very relaxing compared to city center. Highly recommend.

Thank you Aurora for a great stay!

We loved staying at Aurora’s place. It has an ideal location directly across from Postiguet beach, the view from the apartment is beautiful. It is not far from the old section of town that is full of restaurants, shops,etc. you can easily walk anywhere, in fact we did not have a car, we occasionally used taxis. Aurora was very helpful, gave us great information and recommendations and was responsible to a small issue we had on our arrival with a clogged shower in the master bathroom. She is a very attentive host. I recommend her place without any reservation.

Amazing Alicante

Excellent apartment accurately described and in a perfect location. Only a 10 minute stroll along to the centre which has an abundance of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. We loved walking along the esplanade towards the marina and felt very safe. We also caught a tram (only €9.90 return for 2 of us) into Benidorm for a change of scenery. The El Campo supermarket within Plaza Mar 2 Shopping centre is huge and was an easy 10 minute walk away. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect spot

Communication with the host was excellent and she even got the apartment ready early for us. The apartment is luxurious and the air con was superb during the heatwave. It had everything that we needed allowing us to all have a little space to relax. The Window is incredible! A very short walk to café, restaurants and the beach made this the perfect stay. Alicante is a fun town with plenty to see and do, keeping my teenagers entertained was easy. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

the host is wonderful

We had a good time at this place ... just don't get a rental car.. there you have difficulties getting a parking spot. We returned our rental early and now have a lot of problems with the Sixt rental company because they don't want to give us a refund for the days not used... so DO NOT GET A CAR FROM SIXT SPAIN! they are nasty. Aurora is the best host you can get. !!

One of the best VRBO stays ever.

We absolute loved our stay at Aurora's apartment! It is exactly as described only better. It was probably the cleanest rental we've stayed in and it is nicely decorated. The view is incredible, it's just across the street from the beach so you sit on the couch and look at the sea. It was just beautiful. It is well appointed with everything you need. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. It is modern and comfortable. There is a small cafe downstairs where you can get a quick meal. It's an excellent location for walking in the city and getting to the beach. It felt very safe and it was quiet. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here again. On top of all that Aurora was super nice, my son had just completed a study abroad and he had to leave his apartment and she worked with him on a check in time. I really appreciated her helping him out.

A perfect stay

Location! This apartment is centrally located, with beautiful views of the ocean, and an easy walking distance to downtown. Downstairs is a cute café for a quick coffee or bite to eat. The apartment was spotless, and Aurora was so friendly! Check in and check out were easy, and the kitchen fully stocked with dishes/ pans/ flatware allowed us to buy local groceries and have some meals there. We would definitely stay here again, we could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Superb apartment in a wonderful location

I have stayed in many holiday properties over the years and this is certainly one of the best. The quality of the apartment as well as the location were both outstanding. Coupled with the fact that the host was without doubt the most helpful ,friendly and professional that I have ever come across makes this a holiday property that I can thoroughly recommend without any hesitation.

Awesome!

Aurora was fantastic checking us in and giving us suggestions for restaurants. The apartment was in a great location. The view was fantastic. It had a washer and DRYER that worked. We simply did not want to leave.

Lovely apartment with great views

Second time to this apartment as it is immaculate, in great location just five mins from the centre and has lovely sea views and two really nice cafes just outside the front. Look forward to our next visit.

Our family had a fabulous week in Alicante- swimming and soaking up some sun, some culture in the old town and museums and art galleries, shopping in the town, countless coffee and icecream stops on Las Ramblas… The perfect break for us. Aurora’s beautiful apartment was always a pleasure to return to: spacious, clean, superbly equipped, thoughtfully decorated. So good, that we’d love to return! So close to beach, convenience stores, cafes and pretty old town. 20 mins and E20 from the airport. Aurora was a super helpful host!!

Amazing condo with stunning views!

Had the best time staying in this lovely condo with my family. Aurora was super helpful and the condo was outfitted with everything we needed, including beach towels and paddles for the kids to play at the beach. The location was amazing and central to all of the sites we wanted to check out and let me not forget about the stunning view of Playa del Postiguet right across then street from the condo. We even lucked out with a fireworks show the night of June 25th in celebration of the Figures de Sant Joan Festival. We loved our time here and would definitely book again!

The Window

Our host Aurora was lovely. She made us very welcome when we arrived. The apartment was beautiful. View of the sea superb. Very helpful on our last day with arranging where to leave our luggage and arranging taxi to airport. Would definitely stay again.
