It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with shower trays, a spacious living room with a 55" Smart TV, sofa, separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for long stays. It also features air conditioning in all rooms, wifi, washing machine, air fryer, travel cot and wood-burning fireplace for the cooler months. 🏡🔥



The great protagonist of the apartment is its spectacular private outdoor space, where you will find a spacious covered porch of approximately 24 m², garden, charcoal barbecue and a fantastic private swimming pool of 6 x 3 metres, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the sun with complete privacy. 🏊‍♂️☀️🍖



Furthermore, guests can enjoy the shared facilities of the complex, which include spacious green areas, football goals, a chill-out zone with picnic tables and a fun wooden children's platform situated in a tree. ⚽🌳👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are permitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the reservation. 🐾
