Cozy house with pool and private gardens.

Las Casas Del Olivar (Villa Nogal) is a recently built house (end 2015 beginning 2016) of a plant located in a rustic estate of 4500 m of olive trees with a plot of 1000 m. inside where a cozy house is located.
It is distributed in 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds) 1 full bathroom (bathtub, bide water, sink), kitchen (oven, vitro, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc, dishes, covered, varied utensils, small appliances), dining room with LED TV with satellite and covered porch with table and 6 chairs.
The house is fully heated with cold / heat in each of its rooms. It has internet connection and wifi. Satellite TV connected to the Astra satellite (verify according to your country the open channels that are broadcast through this satellite)
 The house is complemented by a covered garage and a barbecue.
If your idea is to travel with children we have a beautiful garden area with a large sandpit, swings and some toys.
The garden area (practically the entire plot) has a well-kept lawn that borders the pool terrace of 7. 5x3. 5 of water sheet. Towards this area the covered porch of the house is oriented and the barbecue is located (it has a sink, gas iron etc). Inside the garden there are large palm trees, centuries-old olive trees, cypresses and varied garden plants. The pool has purification equipment and lights, the garden has automatic irrigation (these extremes do not require any maintenance in a normal occupation for 1 week which means great privacy for guests).
The whole plot has a wide exterior lighting that makes the nights outside with the weather of this part of Spain, fabulous for meals outside, bathrooms, etc. The house is stocked with bed linen and towels. As well as garden furniture (hammocks, etc). On the pool terrace there is a fabulous Balinese chill out bed with red curtains and cushions.
This house is new this year and I still have no comments from travelers, but you can visit the other house that I have that has many comments to have more peace of mind when booking.

The access to the house is completely paved, having only to deviate from the regional road 100 m. The farm is located right on the border between Alhaurin el Grande (6 km) and Alhaurin de la Torre (8 km) villages that have all the services, (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, etc).

Also we are about 20 km from Malaga and its airport and about 20/30 minutes from the main beaches of the Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella, etc). So you can be in the pool or on the beach but without the stress of the coast in summer. The house is located at the foot of the Sierra de Mijas and only about 500 m from the Laurogolf golf course.

The house is totally private and very quiet.

The house is ideal for stays throughout the year because sunny days are predominant and temperatures are very pleasant in this area because it is close to the sea and protected from the winds by the nearby mountains. You can enjoy meals, readings, conversations outdoors practically all year.
