"This property is essentially an unkept 1 bedroom apartment with a bed in the bedroom and a bed placed in the living room.
The owner of this property says he has pest control for the property but we needed to kill 28 spiders insude the property, mostly along the ceilings and in the bathroom. Don't bother opening windows as the exterior is covered in spider webs, spiders, and dead bugs.
The floors needed to be mopped so we mopped the floors with wet paper towels, as our white socks were...
