"Overall, passable experience for a 5* hotel. The good: - Big rooms and nice views - Big bathroom - nice location walking distance from all key spots - nice staff (except the luggage person who seemed to be very angry) The bad: - crazy you need to pay 40e to use the SPA, you’d assume that payinf 300e for the room would give you access to the SPA too but no. - shower was leaking and “flooded” the bathroom - nothing serious but annoying - they had no hard pillows so all pillows were soft and thinner than paper"
