Fantástico adosado en segunda línea de playa
La casa cumplió totalmente con las expectativas, todos los electrodomésticos funcionan muy bien, incluido el aire acondicionado, solo echaría en falta una secadora. El paseo a la playa es muy agradable, son dos minutos a pie al paso de los niños, y la zona comercial y de restaurantes está en frente. El servicio de limpieza es correcto. La piscina aunque es pequeñita a los niños les encanta y fue fundamental para ellos. Muy agradable la estancia, repetiremos!

A fantastic property ideally located
A lovely spacious property right next to the praca. All amenities you could need, including for us a comfortable travel cot that our son slept like a log in. Nice pool for a dip which had plenty of sun throughout the day. A perfect stay.

A family beach holiday in style
Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and entertainment. A very spacious villa with lots of areas to spend time together or apart. The sunny pool and loungers are a great addition. We didn’t hire a car and instead used Uber. We never waiting more than 2-3 minutes. My husband played both golf courses during our stay and I used the spa. All first class. Peter is a very attentive host and the Villa is very well appointed with everything you could need. If a family beach holiday in style is what you’re looking for then look no further.

Great place with some minor glitches
Vale do Lobo is a beautiful area. This unit is about one minute walk from the beach. It is spacious, well kept, and well equipped. We had some minor inconveniences, such as a missing manual, very loud washing machine, various TV remotes and devices none of which gave us much watchable TV. The landlord was prompt in his replies over email, but not nearby, so could not help much. The Vivalgarve rep came quickly the first morning and helped with some concerns, but we never did get a manual. Still, we didn't go there for TV, and the most important aspects were superb.

Amazing location for a beach holiday
The house is so close to the beach, it takes about 3-4 minutes to walk to the beach! We came with our two year old and the house came with a cot, high chair, baby cup and plates, and even some beach toys. Bonus points for the electric metal blinds as we all slept so well! The view from the upper bedroom is amazing in the evenings. Only downside was there weren’t any basic condiments in the kitchen so we found ourselves a bit stuck the first evening. Other than that’s, the owner was very helpful and replied super quickly to our messages. All in all, perfect location if you want to spend your days on the beach!

Perfect Location
The villa is really well laid out, has all the amenities you need and is in a brilliant location! The master bed is huge and really comfortable and the pool is just right for a dip!

Property generally very good, although a few maintenance issues need addressing. Front door handle mechanism needs replacement,Poolside loungers and Toilet flush mechanism on first floor also replacement required

Great location
A wonderful stay in vale do lobo. The Villa is in a great location and a very short walk to the beach and the Praca. The Villa is looking a little tired but it is comfortable and spotlessly clean. Owner has been superb with communication and allowing us to enter/exit slightly earlier than stated. Would recommend to anyone looking for a central Villa that is good value.

Casa junto a praia.
Casa muito boa junto a praia 100m Quartos excelentes , cozinha muito bem equipada, casas de banho remodeladas. Tudo ótimo. Para quem não gosta de barulho, que é o meu caso, não aconselho. Musica da pracinha aos berros das 4 da tarde até ás 4 da manhã. Impossivel descansar!

Quase perfeita
Genericamente estamos muito satisfeitos com o alojamento, pelo que atribuí 5 estrelas nas avaliações específicas da limpeza (perfeita, melhor impossível), comunicação com o gestor, exatidão do anúncio, check in e localização. Tudo perfeito a estes níveis. Na classificação geral atribuí 4 estrelas por causa de alguns pormenores: 1- A planta da casa é um pouco estranha, sendo que tem 5 níveis de pisos: quarto + piscina; entrada; cozinha+sala+varanda; quarto+wc; quarto+wc+varanda, o que nos obriga a estar permanentemente a subir e/ou a descer escadas. Não é ideal. 2- A piscina é muito muito pequena (é mais um tanque do que propriamente uma piscina) e muito profunda mesmo na parte mais baixa (1,20), o que impede que possa ser usada por crianças pequenas em maior segurança. 3- Embora a casa permita o alojamento de 6 pessoas, só existem 2 espreguiçadeiras na piscina e o espaço em torno desta é extremamente limitado. Existem 4 vasos enormes com plantas que ainda tornam tudo mais 'apertado', sendo que um deles inclusivamente bloqueia a escada de acesso à piscina. 4- O barbecue é um elemento importante para nós que gostamos de comprar e grelhar peixe fresco (perguntei inclusivamente antes da reserva). Infelizmente o existente está muito degradado / apodrecido e não havia quaisquer utensílios para utilização, tivemos que os comprar. 5- Não obstante de estarmos em Portugal, toda a informação escrita disponibilizada no alojamento é somente em inglês. Claro que deve estar em inglês, obviamente, mas deveria estar também na língua nativa do país. Presumo que até por lei deve ser obrigatório. Fica a sugestão destes 3 últimos aspetos, que podem ser melhorados. Muito obrigado.

Estadia fabulosa
A casa é muito confortável e estava muito bem equipada. As divisões são amplas e o espaço para arrumação é excelente, muito superior ao que é habitual encontrar. Varanda ótima para fazer as refeições. A localização é fabulosa, está junto à praia e à praça de Vale do Lobo. O estacionanento à porta de casa é outra vantagem. A casa ainda é melhor do que parece nas fotografias.

Location couldnt be better
It was truly an amazing stay. The best is the location of the apartment (2 mins to the beach). But I must say that is also a very clean and tidy apartment, excellent showers and excellent air conditioning, good wifi, very good appliances, plenty of room. I would fully recommend this apartment. Plus Peter was very helpful with any queries we had and we will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Early March “Get away”
Hello Peter. Thanks for the use of your lovely property last week. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Casa Don Pedro which had everything we needed, was very clean, beds were comfortable for us all and the equipment was in line with the inventory. We knew the location of the house which is just great for a walk on the beach in just a few minutes. Being early in the year the nights can be a little cool so the very efficient heating system when required was great. It was too cold this time of year to use the pool for a dip but it too looked very clean and well maintained. WiFi was fine. Didn’t need the tv at all. Too much outside in the Algarve to occupy us! We met Monica ( very friendly) who changed our towels and cleaned around the house on Wednesday. Overall we would happily recommend this property as a very good base to enjoy Vale do Lobo and the Algarve. Middleton’s & Boogert’s ( March 2020 )

Great Location
Lovely holiday home, very clean well fitted bathrooms, large bedrooms with plenty of storage, kitchen well equipped, good quality tableware. The only negative issue was the erratic internet which caused some problems with the tv.

Fabulous home and location - couldn’t be better
We enjoyed a lovely and relaxing week at this property in June 2019. The house listing and other reviews already cover our excellent feedback but a few things to highlight: - house is spacious and plenty of room to enjoy -two great sunny balconies, one including a barbecue and seating -lovely pool which was warm (not sure if heated but we enjoyed swimming). The area around the pool is not very big for lots of people but it was a nice change from the beach -house is about 3 mins walk from the lovely beach - well equipped kitchen -all the regular English language TV channels (BBC, ITV etc) -Air con worked well when we needed to put it on and there are shutters on the windows -3 bathrooms/showers -easy self entry system -parking right outside -walking distance of bars and restaurants -owner very fast to respond to questions before and during our stay All in all, a great stay thank you and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Five star property
This is an excellent house.. we had a superb holiday. The house is modern and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need and the bedrooms are spacious with air con. Location wise, It is one minute from the beach and the Praca so no need to jump in to the car all the time. We had no problems whatsoever and will hopefully return again in the future.

Proche de l'océan, séjour agréable en avril
Maison avec étage, ne pas avoir peur des escaliers. Une place pour se garder juste devant. A 200m de l'océan à pied sans rue à traverser c'est vraiment très agréable. Grandes chambres et salle de bain attenante. État impeccable et surtout ménage en milieu de semaine très appréciable ! Nous avons vu personne mais ce n'était pas nécessaire. Maison pour six et pas plus. Située dans un golf. Peu de monde et de bruit en avril. L'été je pense que cela doit être plus bruyant. Seul bémol les ustensiles de cuisine : il manquerait un grand saladier, des bols en plus, une grande passoire.

Die Ausstattung sowohl mit SZ als auch mit den Bädern ist für 6 Personen ausreichend, jedoch wegen des räumlichen Platzes begrenzt, also eher für eine Familie geeignet. Der Zustand war nicht in jedem Fall ok, da diverse Lampen nicht intakt waren und eine Badezimmertür sperrte. Es fehlte auch an Gemütlichkeit, da keine Tischdecken bzw. Sets vorhanden waren. Die Ausstattung mit Wäsche und Handtüchern war genug. Mit dem Service waren wir zufrieden, da unsere Reklamationen zügig bearbeitet wurden. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, da auch Preis-Leistung im November zu der Unterkunft passte.
