Country house 'Casa Avrelia' with mountain views, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning

Villa Avrelia is a spacious 280 m² country house on a large estate, with mountain views and ideal for up to 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can pick fresh herbs and fruit from the garden. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, central heating, washer, dryer, workspace, and TV. There are toys and books, and a gym with rowing machine, exercise bike, and weights.



The house is also ideal for a couple or a family with a baby as the ground floor has a large master bedroom with adjacent bathroom separated from the rest of the house with a door and a small corridor. On the ground floor are also the living room and kitchen.



The private 15,000 m² garden features olive trees, an orchard, and a fountain. There are three balconies, a shared terrace, and an outdoor shower. The saltwater pool has a jacuzzi area and is surrounded by lounging and dining space. You have a barbecue.



There is ample parking space. One small pet is allowed. Smoking indoors is prohibited. No events or parties; maximum 8 guests. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 09:00. You may occasionally hear dogs and chickens from neighboring properties, and a family of rabbits lives in the garden.



The estate is a 15-minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from Palma. Marina Arenal with water sports, SUP, surfing, and windsurfing is 20 minutes away. Son Gual Golf is 7 minutes away. The village of Algaida is 5 minutes away with cafés, restaurants, local festivals, and tennis. Recommended excursions include Playa de Muro, Pollença, Port de Pollença, Sóller, Port de Sóller, and Jardines de Alfabia.
