The property was very dog friendly which is our main priority.Non-slip floors, all on one level, ramp access and a large secure garden (we have an aging springer who struggles with stairs and slippy floors)Our only concern were some 'holes' in the garden which could cause a problem had her leg gone down one - luckily she is slow The kitchen was well equipped with the added bonus of the washing machine. The beds were comfortable however we did have a slight problem in that there were no wardrobes for your clothes - luckily we don't take any fancy clothes away so managed to overcome this. There was wifi available which was a blessing as I thought I read somewhere that the bungalow didn't have this.Great for bird watching - a daily visit from a pheasant, woodpecker, blackbirds, crows, robins, goldfinches, dunnock, wren, swifts and starlings and we were also treated to a flypast by a barn owl a few times. The location was very good - a short drive to Chapel St Leonards and several other interesting places - a meal at the observatory is a must !We met Sarah briefly - a lovely lady.Very enjoyable holiday - would definitely go back if we are out that way again.Thank you Sarah
