"withput doubt the property has a 5 star view and location but it does not have a 5 star service. Some elements are strucutral - for example one lavatory for 8 people on the first floor and a sheer cliff surrounding the garden where fototballs are lost ( a fence would be good). Notwithstanding we found the service not up to standard. We were without hot water for four days which given there was a 7 month old baby was a trial. When the sink blocked - which we were warned about, again it took 2...

"Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, la maison est bien pensée, avec quelques bonus comme le jacuzzi en extérieur (où regarder les étoiles le soir en famille), le sauna ou le billard. Bien placée aussi entre les lacs dAnnecy et du Bourget. Mais c’est surtout la propriété qui rend le séjour vraiment spécial : forêt, cours d’eau, champ de fleurs sauvages, vraiment spécial ! "Beautiful premier property. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the openness of the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to the local bakery. We had views of the lake. It was a great house."
