Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. We found that the key lock box for our room has been improperly closed by the previous guest, with our room key literally falling out of the lock box when we entered the house. "The property is in a rather quiet/ not so busy location. The family room we stayed in, was very spacious and well maintained /clean. The bathtub was a treat with an unobstructed view of the back garden through the large window. The manager was a pleasant lady to deal with, and more than willing to help when needed. She ensured that our stay was comfortable. We also used the garden to have our dinner on the first night, that we ordered through Uber eats. Many thanks."

"Staff were very helpful assisting with luggage to and from our room. However, we were disappointed with the room as we booked and paid for an economy double bedroom with an ensuite and kitchenette. What we got was a small “L” room with a double bedroom, wardrobe, desk, a bar fridge, a small hand basin and very little room to manoeuvre between the end of the bed and window. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds."
