Alcudia, which is only a short drive away, has several large supermarkets, butchers' shops, bakeries, banks and twice-weekly markets. The seaside resorts of Port Alcudia and Port Pollensa are 10 minutes away by car. Villa Seablue has seafront views of Pollensa Bay, the lighthouse and the iconic Formentor hotel.

There are three levels of outdoor terraces. The lower floor is covered with grass and has a good play area for children.
