Great vacation house

Great house for large groups, we had multiple families in the house and everyone had plenty of space. The yard and the pool were great places to relax after long days of sightseeing. A couple minor issues but Overall a great trip.

Very Beautiful and well equipped Villa

We have visited the property with 11 people for one week and overall we had a great stay. Especially the kitchen, but also the rest of the Villa was well equipped.What was missing?- some cupboards for the bed rooms in the basement - a knife sharpener

Fantastic Villa And great time

The house was fantastic, we arrive late at night and there was even a welcome packet. We had a great time staying at this spacious house. It‘s nicely furnished and decorated and the views to the sea and we could catch some lemons from our own lemon tree for a gin tonic:).We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor dining area with the nice breeze. It‘s a quiet neighbourhood with a small beach nearby. We had a great week with 4 little children, enyojed the pool, the BBQ, the silence,...The beautiful old town of Alcudia is a 10 minute drive away. It was a very relaxing holiday and we can highly recommend this house.

Wonderful Villa in a quiet area

It was a very pleasent stay in Villa Alcanada Sunrise. The house really lived up to our expectations. It was even better! Fantastic outdoor surroundings and the pool was so great!!. The area is nice and calm with only a few minutes to the sea. The water on the beach is very clear and clean and gets deep relatively quick. A few shops and restarants is available in the area. A little further to the golf course. By car it is only a few minutes to Alcudia. Would love to go back!

The villa was really amazing

The villa was really amazing. Everything you see on the pictures is even better when you arrive. Joan texted me upfront and gave me all the additional information i needed. Very nice was the welcome package with small snacks. The beach is just a 5 minute walk. The place is big enough for 12 people as long as the weather is good enough to spend some time outside. All and all a place i would love to go back.

The best stay we could have at Alcudia! We arrived late at night, but Mallorca Holiday Properties were so nice and left us some snacks so we had some breakfast in the morning. The house looks just like on the pictures - every room is good. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a barbecue grill outside. To the beach it is only 5 minutes by car. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely would recommend the house to our friends and also we would definitely come back! Thank you so much for having us!

We’ve just come back from a great week here. The villa is gorgeous, and so well equipped. Lots of places to escape if you need a bit of peace and quiet. Some lovely local bars and restaurants to walk to. You can get in the sea but it’s a bit rocky. Local spar is great for top ups. I really can’t think of anything.

Check in was late.The kitchen is well equipped with tableware, cutlery, pots, pans and all appliances worked well.Cleaning products were not provided and there were no oven gloves.

Beautiful villa

Well equipped, spacious and beautifully kept, was excellent for spending time together as a family but also had enough space for us to have time out from each other if needed. Beautiful gardens, pool, decor and views. Excellent customer service from Pere from start to finish, attentive, responsive and friendly. Not sure it can be improved but worth mentioning pool is deep all over hot shelved so something to be aware of for those with small children and babies.

Perfect family villa

12 of us ranging from 6 to 74 stayed for a week. Was a perfect house for us- kids could play in pool while adults relaxed in sun or on terrace. Kitchen is well stocked with kit. Team at Mallorca holiday properties were very attentive. Beach only a few mins away and a lovely longer walk into Alcudia port or old town. Bus service was also really easy to use. A few more tea towels would be helpful and maybe a stock of washing powder for washing machine and some extra basics in cupboard like sugar, coffee etc.

Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus

Ein sehr großzügiges Haus mit einem tollen Außenbereich und einem großen und tiefen Pool! Uns fehlte es an nichts. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Wohnbereich gemütlich gestaltet. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche! Dieses Haus empfehlen wir uneingeschränkt weiter! Zudem war die Betreuung durch Pere von der Agentur sehr zuverlässig und äußerst freundlich. :)

Top Unterkunft - nur Zimmer sind qualitativ unterschiedlich

+ Top Lage, schöne Unterkunft, sauber, Pool ist klasse, haben regelmäßig gegrillt, waren mit 10 Personen in der Unterkunft - die Zimmer sind qualitativ nicht vergleichbar. 2 von 6 Zimmern sind top, die restlichen 4 liegen unterhalb vom Eingang, eher dunkel, Betten eher unbequem.

Grosses Haus mit tollem Wohnraum

Haus befindet sich in einer Sackgasse, somit ist es ruhig gelegen. Die Sitzplätze rund um das Haus sind sehr schön und bieten über den ganzen Tag verteilt mehrere Optionen (Sonne, Schatten). Die oberen beiden Etagen sind deutlich besser ausgebaut. Die Zimmer sowie die beiden Badezimmer mit Dusche sind super. Die beiden Unteren Etagen bieten viele eher kleinere Zimmer mit jeweils einem Bad pro Etage. Die untere Dusche funktionierte leider nicht und bei der anderen Wannendusche gab es keinen Spritzschutz was das Duschen etwas verkomplizierte. Alles in allem aber ein super Haus mit viel Platz! (Miet-) Auto zwingend notwendig.

Gorgeous Villa and great property management

From the moment we booked the communication with the property management company was great. The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything you might need. Would definitely stay again.

Großes und sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsene und drei Kinder (alle 2 Jahre) für eine Woche im Haus. Im Eingangsbereich ist ein großer Wohn,-und Essbereich. Von dort aus, kann man auch in den Garten und zum Pool. Im Außenbereich befindet sich noch ein gemauerter Grill, den wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben. Auch ein großer Esstisch und eine weitere Sitzmöglichkeit befindet sich auf der Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Bäder sind mit Dusche bzw. Badewanne. Da das Haus in Hanglage ist, gibt es sehr viele Treppen, das uns jedoch nicht störte. Ein Mietwagen/Auto wird empfohlen, da nicht viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bzw. Restaurants in der Nähe sind.

Fabelhaftes Haus in schöner Umgebung.

Sehr gut, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viel Stauraum in Küche und den Zimmern. Sehr gute Betten. Man merkt, dass alles noch sehr neu ist. Die beiden Terrassen mit den sitzmöglichkeiten sind gut bestückt. Der Pool ist groß und geschätzt zwischen 170 und 200 cm tief. Nur abends nervt der kleine, laute Hund der Nachbarn von oben, da er wohl stundenlang alteingelassen (im Garten) wurde. Der Service vor Ort durch Joan und im Vorwege durch Lenka war unkompliziert, schnell und gründlich. Agentur und Haus sind auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Wegen des tiefen Pools aber nicht für Familien mit kleineren Kindern geeignet.

Schöne Villa in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben mit 2 Familien mit Kindern 10 schöne Tage in der Villa Alcanada Sunrise verbracht. Das Haus wurde gerade renoviert und ist entsprechend in einem super Zustand. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, fussläufig sind ein kleiner Supermarkt und der Kiesstrand in 5min zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, es gibt einige Optionen für Wanderungen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Lenka und Joan waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Great place!

We had a fabulous time! The villa was great and met all our needs for a large family with a range of ages. Joan was great and even when we did have a few issues he was able to resolve them quickly. I would highly recommend!!!

Lovely villa

A group of 12 of us stayed in this villa which has a wonderful pool and a good layout of the rooms inside. Communication with the property manager Lenka was excellent, she was very helpful. We were met on arrival by Joan who was also very helpful & was also able to help with queries I had during the week & responded very quickly. The air con in the rooms is great although as there is no air con in the living areas they did feel a little bit warm in the hot weather. The outside seating area was perfect for having our meals at. We recommend visiting Port d'Alcudia for restaurants, they were all excellent. The villa is a lovely find and we highly recommend it.

Sehr großzügige Villa in schönem Viertel

Wie beschrieben, können relativ entspannt 12 Personen in dieser großzügigen Villa Urlaub machen. Besonders positiv sind der große Pool, die unterschiedlichen Terrassen (je nach Präferenz zu jeder Tageszeit mit Sonne oder Schatten), der sehr schön angelegte Garten, die beiden "Master-Bedrooms" und die Anzahl der Bäder (4!). Etwas problematisch finde ich die beiden Zimmer im Keller und je nachdem (z.B. beim Verreisen mit sehr kleinen Kindern oder körperlich nicht mehr ganz so fitten Großeltern), die vielen Ebenen und Stufen (da das Haus am Hang gebaut ist). Besonders positiv ist der Service vor Ort: eine tolle, persönliche Einweisung vor Ort; Fragen und Probleme werden (in unserem Fall durch Joan) sehr schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich gelöst - wirklich top !! Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Man kann in 5-10 Min das Meer, 2 sehr gute Restaurants (Alcanada 35, Bistro La Terazza) und einen kleinenSpat Supermarkt erreichen.

Lovely spacious property set in a quiet area near Alcudia.

We had a lovely family holiday in this villa in the quiet village of Alcanada. Although the beach at Alcanada is very small, the shore line is typically Mediterranean, with a beautiful shoreline and breathtaking views. The water is easily accessible either at the beach area or further along where stony beaches give access to good snorkelling areas. Although hire car is recommended, we managed using taxis which are readily available and walking and enjoyed our visits to the nearby beach and water park at Alcudia. The swimming pool is large and deep ideal for swimmers and being set apart from the outdoor lounge, we found it easy to restrict access to our 2 year olds. Very spacious and well equipped outdoor area for BBQ and relaxing in. We found the agents to be most helpful and responsive to our needs both before and during our stay. Thank you very much!
