  • Welcome to the beach! The apartment is located directly on the magnificent sandy beach of Port d'Alcudia, offering you a spectacular view of the sea! An unforgettable vacation awaits you here, where you can enjoy the stunning beauty of the sea right at your doorstep.

    This apartment with modern and tasteful decoration has an area of ​​57 m² and is located directly on the beach and with sea views. With a beautiful living-dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, it offers space for 4 people comfortably and is fully equipped. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, one bathrooms with shower and an open kitchen with living room, satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning and terrace with beautiful sea views. The complex has 2 large community pools, one of them for children and with direct access to the large sandy beach. It has a green area for children to play. Nearby is a supermarket with fresh bread every day and excellent restaurants with a cozy terrace to enjoy fresh fish or any other Mediterranean dish.

    The tourist tax (2.20€ / night / adult) are not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Somos una pareja de Zaragoza,queriamos estar tranquilos y mejor no hubieramos podido elejir,apartamanto nuevo,totalmente reformado,vistas buenisimas delante del mar,buena zona de restaurantes en definitiva el apartamento,su ubicacion,el tiempo y por supuesto la compañia todo en global maravilloso. Vom Feinsten und superschön

Für 4 Personen die richtige Größe. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einmalig direkt am Meer und super zentral. Die Wohnung war brandneu, top eingerichtet, super sauber und die Klimaanlage zum Wärmen (und Kühlen) funktionierte einwandfrei. Zu unserer Freude waren Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Empfang war herzlich und die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Wir werden sicher wieder buchen. Alles in allem eine Topwohnung in der man sich richtig wie im Urlaub fühlt. Wir werden sicher wieder im Herbst buchen. Vielen Dank an die Agentur.

Great vacation

This was our second time at Carabela and it was as always very nice. We will definately go back again. The apartment is stylish, new and clean with a lovely balcony with a great view. We cooked nice meals there as well, which the kitchen is well-equipped for. The pool area is also perfect. Lots of sunbeds and fantastic view to the beach.

Brilliant apartment - will come again

This apartment was fantastic, clean and a brilliant location. Nela and Tonja were very helpful before and during our holiday. We had a toddler with us and having the two swimming pools and being right on the beach was perfect. We are already talking about staying again next year!

Excellent place especially for families

Everything was smooth, from checking to checkout. Tonjia and Nela were amazing and responsive to our messages. The location is excellent with everything you need within a couple of minutes walk. The beach and restaurants nearby are great. We’d definitely go back.

Levede ikke op til forventningerne

Da vi kom, var der brødkrummer på gulvet, alle overflader var møgbeskidte (når man kørte en klud henover blev den helt sort), næsten al servicen var møgbeskidt (sad indgroet mad fast på tallerkener, bestik og glas). Der var ingen støvsuger, så man selv kunne støvsuge, der var dog en kost. De første timer af opholdet blev brugt på at gøre det hele rent, hvilket selvfølgelig ikke var den bedste start på ferien. Da vi oplyste dette til udlejer var svaret blot: ''Det skulle du have fortalt til jeres kontaktperson, så de kunne bestille en ny rengøring.'' Vi stod midt på eftermiddagen og var trætte med to trætte børn, så vi var ikke lige klar på selv at forlade lejligheden, hvorfor vi selv gjorde rent. Ydermere, så kan man heller ikke sige at pool området lever op til billederne. Alle strandstole ligner, at de har været der siden 2. verdenskrig og er møgbeskidte og slidte. Poolen var heller ikke for lækker. Til sidst skal det nævnes, at vores kontaktperson lovede at vende tilbage mht. om vi kunne få en parkeringsplads ved lejligheden, hvilket hun heller ikke gjorde. Til prisen, så var dette ophold dybt skuffende!

Lovely Apartment and very helpful agent

Had a great time, apartment has everything one would need and very clean. Air conditioning excellent. Great location, no buses or taxis required. Plenty of sun loungers and big pool. Great Holiday. The only downside was the beach was a little smelly, when near the water only. Would highly recommend it.!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Mai 2017 sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist neu renoviert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Der Strand und ein öffentlicher Parkplatz waren sehr gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank auch an unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. In deutscher Sprache hat sie uns empfangen und sehr gut betreut. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier...

A wonderful experience!

Located right at the waterfront and beach. Shopping and restaurants within short walking distance. Very clean and stylish apartment. View from apartment is great. Private secure pool area with deck chairs. Good wifi and several channels on tv. The service we got from the bureau was outstanding. A very caring, personal and competent woman by the name of Tonja, made everything smooth and pleasent for us. Simply outstanding!! We highly recommend this place and we will definitely return. Easy drive from Palma airport and parking in the area is also easy to find. Many thanks from Denmark.

Reiseabschluss auf Mallorca/Alcudia

Nach 4,5 Wochen des "Unterwegssein" haben wir unsere Tour auf Mallorca abgeschlossen, da wir mit einem Kreuzfahrschiff in Palma ankamen. Mit dem angemieteten Auto fuhren wir an einem regnerischen Ankunftstag nach Alcudia zu unserer FeWo, die ich Wochen zuvor gebucht hatte. Mit Frau Henkel, die das ganze Procedere händelte, hatten wir vereinbart, dass wir uns tel. melden, sobald wir angekommen sind. Dies taten wir. Waren früher als geplant vor Ort und brachten Frau Henkels Ablauf etwas durcheinander. Sie menagte das jedoch sportlich, übergab uns die Wohnung, erklärte alles perfekt (zudem Sie gebürtige Schwäbin war, was uns gleich symphatisch war) und brachte uns aus ihrem Garten frische Zitronen und Orangen mit. Eine Papageienblume war zur Verschönerung auch mit in ihrem Willkommenspaket. Zudem gab sie uns einige gute Anregungen für Sightseeing, was uns sehr gut gefiel. Vielen Dank Frau Henkel, wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.
