Girls weekend

Lovely comfortable house with tons of outdoor space! Perfect, 2 minutes to beach, close to shops, quiet street. Very easy to communicate with owner. Definitely recommend. Only negative: lack of shower gels, shampoo, etc.

Great little villa in a superb location

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is well equipped and very secure. The pool is a good size and the outside areas are smart and great for chilling out. Inside it is smart, modern and good for a family or group of 4-6. Only slight criticism is the beds have poor mattresses but not awful. But it’s all about the location, 5 minutes from the most spectacular beach and 2 minutes to the supermarket. A pleasant walk for 10-15 minutes takes you to a busier area with a few restaurants and bars. I recommend Alcudia old town for a special meal.

Perfect place

Nice and comfortable location. Close to all facilities: supermarcet, tank station. Also short distance to the center of Port Alcudia and beach. The house is modern and very well equiped. On our next trip to mallorca we will try to book same house.

Modernes Reihenendhaus in zentraler Lage

Das Haus liegt am Anfang einer kleinen Seitenstraße ( Sackgasse), die an einem See endet. Über die angrenzende Hauptstraße kommt durch den kleinen Pinienwald der Strand nach kurzem Fußweg. Der große Supermarkt mit Bäcker ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, bietet 1 Schlafzimmer mit Wannenbad und Doppelbett, sowie 2 Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Einzelbetten und einem Duschbad. Alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Jalousien. Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, zwei Kaffeemaschinen, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Fön, Handtücher für Bad und Strand/Pooltücher ist gut. Ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe und Kochutensilien in einer sehr schönen, modernen Küche sind genauso vorhanden wie Gartenstühle, Loungemöbel, Liegen usw . Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und war nach dem kühlen Frühjahr etwas frisch. Leider hört man Autos und Mofas der Hauptstraße in den vorderen Schlafzimmern bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas lauter ( aber da sind wir vielleicht auch kein Maßstab, weil es bei uns absolut leise ist). Das Haus ist für ein Ferienobjekt großzügig geschnitten . Perfekt ist es für eine vierköpfige Familie aber es geht natürlich auch mit 6 Personen. Wir haben uns zu viert für eine Woche im Mai/Juni wohl gefühlt .

Schönes Haus in guter Lage zum Strand

Wir waren im April 2021 in diesem Haus für 10 Tage. Es war sehr sauber und die Corona Hygiene Massnahmen wurden wie beschrieben eingehalten. Die Lage zum Strand ist sehr gut, da ist man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Haupstraße von Alcudia ist leider gut hörbar, hat aber nicht besonders gestört. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön und man kann sich dort gut aufhalten. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten erneuert bzw. verbessert werden. Die Matratzen könnten etwas dicker sein und einige Dinge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber insgesamt können wir einen Aufenthalt in dem Haus empfehlen und gerade im Sommer ist die Strandnähe unschlagbar.

Sehr empfehlenswert - Haus ist wie beschrieben!

Wir haben diese Unterkunft kurz nach Wiederöffnung der Grenzen im Juni 2020 (nach Corona) für eine Woche zu sechst mit einer befreundeten Familie gebucht (4 Erwachsen + 2 Kinder) und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, die elektronischen Geräte wirkten neuwertig und alles war sehr sauber. 100 Meter entfernt von der Unterkunft befindet sich ein Eroski, so dass man hier auch schnell ohne Auto einkaufen gehen kann. Der Strand ist ebenfalls keine 200 Meter entfernt. Nachbarschaft wirkte sehr ruhig und der Pool liegt den überwiegenden Tag in der Sonne, so dass dieser sehr warm ist/bleibt. Wie man auf den Bildern schon sieht, ist der Rasen kein echter Rasen, so dass man hier auch nicht gießen muss oder ähnliches :-) - sehr praktisch. Also für alle Unentschlossenen - die Unterkunft ist wirklich zu empfehlen und wir würden sie auch wieder buchen! Beste Grüße

Tolle moderne Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Nach langer Recherche sind wir auf dieses Objekt gestoßen. Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft für 4 Erwachsene in Strandnähe. Das Objekt hat uns nicht nur wegen der Strandnähe angesprochen, sondern auch wegen des modernen Interiors. Auch die Bewertungen der anderen Gäste hatte uns überzeugt. Wir können uns dem Genannten nur anschließen und ebenfalls bestätigen. Es hat in der Unterkunft an nichts gefehlt. Sehr ansprechendes liebevoll gestaltetes Haus. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit David war einwandfrei. Sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Auch uns wurden einige Lebensmittel bei Ankunft bereitgestellt, was großartig war, da wir auf einen Sonntag im November anreisten und alles geschlossen war. Der Pool konnte nicht genutzt werden, da im November das Wetter es nicht hergab, aber der Garten wurde gerne genutzt und ein Grill stand auch zur Verfügung. Kurzum tolles Haus in wunderbarer Lage mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely property close to beach

Prior to our stay, and during the stay, the communication with the owners/managers was excellent. They would answer any queries within an hour usually a lot less. The property has an alarm, which took us a little by surprise when we arrived! There is off street parking, but it is easier to leave a car on the road outside. The property was really clean and well equipped. There is a washing machine (no dryer) dishwasher, modern oven with induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. We arrived late to the villa and we had been left basic supplies which was very welcome - bread, spread, milk , water, apples. There was also cooking oil, salt pepper, sugar etc already there which was really helpful. There is a very clean and well maintained pool approx 5m by 3m ideal for a cooling dip, and there are separate pools towels that can be used. The standard of the outside furniture is very good. The property is pretty much as shown in the photos. The internet is excellent. The beautiful sandy beach is about 100m away and there is also a good supermarket about 100m away, which stays open until about 9pm. The property is on the outskirts of port Alcudia although there are restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The walk up to the port proper probably takes about 30-40 minutes and longer to old town Alcudia (which is really beautiful). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

A great place for a young family

From the moment we booked this fantastic Villa to the day we left, it could not have went more smoothly. If you stayed in villas before you will know there can be a little anxiousness waiting on replies from some owners. Not with David and Jan and this property. Every question was answered promptly and they were always on hand for any recommendations or to deal with any minor issues that cropped up. I stayed here for 10 days in July with my wife and kids (7 and 18 months). The outside area is excellent with plenty of loungers and tables & chairs The pool is a perfect size for our kids. The villa itself is even better than the photos show and all appliances within are of a high standard. Everything you need has been thought of and is in excellent condition. The villa is just across the road from a beautiful beach and has a very big supermarket just around the corner, there is also a great little shop next door that sells fresh bread and fruit in the morning. We would not hesitate in booking this villa again.
