Blue Attic Review

We were very impressed with Blue Attic, it’s modern inside with a large patio area to the rear overlooking the harbour in Port Alcudia. It contained the essentials for self catering. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous central location with absolutely stunning sea view :)

Beautiful apartment, fabulous location, kitchen really well stocked and lovely welcome pack. Sensational view from the balcony and comfy outdoor as well as indoor seating. Plenty of room and very clean. We loved our stay here and will hopefully be back! The supermarket across the road was very handy and it was easy enough to park our hire car on side streets nearby.

Perfect stay!

From the moment we arrived at Blue Attic we had the perfect experience. IPM had been excellent in communicating our access arrangements and when we arrived we found a lovely, clean and well equipped apartment overlooking the Marina. Location was perfect with a short 2 minute walk to many shops, bars and restaurants. This was the perfect relaxing holiday and we would book again without hesitation.

Fabulous stay at this beautiful apartment with wonderful views

Spacious, clean, lots of things provided which was very helpful and generous - including cooking oil, teabags, fabulous welcome pack, washing up things etc. My partner and I loved our stay here, perfect spot right in central Alcudia. Would definitely recommend. The view is simply stunning. Thank you for a great holiday, we hope to come back!

Fantastic apartment, very clean, air conditioned and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The staff we dealt with were great and very responsive. We would definitely return.

This is a gorgeous apartment with the most stunning sea/marina views in the centre of Port d’Alcudia. The apartment itself has absolutely everything you need for a holiday. Beautifully furnished with a great welcome pack. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and amazing view from the balcony. I highly recommend it.

Wir haben die Zeit genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Tolle Lage und super Blick. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und nur ein Duschvorhang. Es lässt sich nicht vermeiden dass der Boden Nass ist. Das Bett ist sehr klein und ein Topper wäre von Vorteil.

Very nice apartment with a terrace with a beautiful view. The terrace is right over the port with view of the boats and the beach. There is a supermarket right in front the of the apartment and I was preparing a rich fruit salad on the terrace every morning. The beach is very close on a 3 minutes walk. There is a rich variety of cutlery equipment in the apartment.

Super Unterkunft!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt, da die Unterkunft sehr sauber ist. Der Balkon ist Mega, wir haben jeden Morgen draußen gefrühstückt und hatten einen super Ausblick! Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre,ist die Dusche mit dem Vorhang. Dieser scheint zwar neu zu sein aber eine Glasscheibe wäre um einiges besser. Wir würden die Wohnung auf alle Fälle nochmals buchen !!

Vom super netten " Willkommenskorb" bis zum unkomplizierten Auszug hat uns alles sehr gefallen. Besonderes natürlich die Lage, Terrasse und dadurch entstehende Aussicht. Einfach herrlich und kurzweilig. Die Wohnung ist angenehm modern und zeitgemäß ausgestattet. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag gilt auch von uns im Badezimmer eine Glasduschwand zu installieren, was aus meiner Sicht auch ohne allzu großen Aufwand möglich wäre. Ein paar mehr Gläser verschiedener Art wären auch toll. Noch ein Tipp für alle Wohnungen auf der 5. Etage wäre , neue bzw. überhaupt eine Dichtung in den Eingangstüren der Wohnungen. Es knallt wirklich sehr laut, wenn jemand seine Wohnungstür schließt.

Very nicely furnished flat. Neat. Good air conditioning. Beautiful view of the bay of Alcúdia. Nice surprise: fresh beer, bottle of wine and biscuits. Plenty of towels. Close to beach, shops and bars. Lift was broken throughout stay. Flat on the 5th floor. Annoying with suitcases and shopping. Pity the sun loungers shown in the picture were not there. Cockroaches came from under the cupboard in the kitchen in the evening.

Super Ferienwohnung

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind unschlagbar. Super ist auch das es gleich gegenüber einen Supermarkt gibt und man findet immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Wenn man Fragen hat bekommt man innerhalb weniger Minuten z.B. über Whats app eine Antwort. In der Dusche wäre es super wenn man eine Ablage für das Duschgel etc zur Verfügung hätte. Für den Tisch auf der Terrasse wäre eine Tischdecke nett. Der Kühlschrank ist leider sehr laut. Und für mich war die Matratze leider schwierig. Aber alles keine wirklichen negativen Punkte mit denen man nicht umgehen könnte.
