All the others have access to the veranda. On the mezzanine floor you will find a practical wardrobe and a guest WC as well as a bedroom with its own bathroom. Four more people can sleep in the two bedrooms on the ground floor, which also has two bathrooms. One of them has a bathtub for a sensual end to the day.



The villa is located in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Bonaire, which is just 4 km from Alcúdia, combining proximity to an attractive town with the benefits of an impressive coastal location. A short walk takes you to the idyllic little harbour of Cocodrilo. Here you can round off the evening with a nightcap. From the villa's terrace, you can enjoy views of Formentor beach and the bay of Pollença, both of which are definitely worth a visit. In Can Picafort, 15 km away, you can stop off at one of the many coastal bars and soak up the maritime holiday feeling.
