Very nice place , calm and very comfortable

The villa is great, lot of attention to detail, if you would like to rest or disconnect this is your place.Being on the top of a mountain means that you will need to drive up, access is ok but on windy gravel roads, as a improvement note instructions on how to get there are missing on the welcome pack. Big thanks to Frank for his warm welcome and being so nice and always available.

A private stay

The villa is located in the mountains and is extremely private and remote. The villa is well equipped and Frank is an excellent house manager, nothing is too much trouble. The views are amazing across the valley. The kitchen and lounge area are spacious and the bedrooms very comfortable with good linen and king size beds. I would advise renting a 4x4 to get to the villa as the last section is on unmade roads and very set to hills with a drop either side. Nothing is particularly close which is the charm of this place so stock up at Eroski hyper market before you get there. We would definitely come again.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war gigantisch… Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren herrlich. Einrichtung, Möbel und Inventar liesen keine Wünsche offen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch unsere Hündin war herzlich willkommen. Das einzige worüber wir irritiert waren in diesem tollen Ambiente war die Sauberkeit. Diese war in einigen Dingen unzureichend. Beautiful property with much love and thought put into the design. Stunning position atop a hill allowing 360 degree views and optimum sunlight throughout the day. With a minamilist design profile the house lends itself to accentuate the beautiful surroundings.

Very nice villa in peaceful environment

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice and beautiful villa with a breathtaking view. The villa was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Be sure to rent a car that can manage steep slopes to the house, and I recommend that the car is driven by en experienced driver.

Simply perfect!

Not sure where to start as the villa is amazing, great views, all amenities you will need, pool is great, comfy beds and all the small things you need in the kitchen for when you get there. Tea, sugar, coffee, bags of ice, olive oil....etc. To score the property it can only be a 10/10, and the bonus that local manager lives very close and is so helpful. 4x4 or SUV is needed TBH, as the roads are more like tracks once you leave the main roads, but nothing to worry about once you get use to them. Would we stay again, easily a Yes!

Tolle Villa mit einzigartiger Aussicht

Die Villa ist ein Traum. Für 4 Personen perfekt. Die Aussicht, die Ruhe und der schöne Pool machen den Urlaub zu etwas ganz besonderen. Es ist dort als wenn die Zeit stehen bleibt. Gerne möchte ich aber jeden ans Herz legen sich ein Auto zu mieten was ordentlich PS hat. Sonst ist es jedesmal eine Herausforderung auf den Berg zur Villa zu gelangen ;-)

Traumhaft schöne Villa in absolut ruhiger Lage

Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem viele touristische Ziele Andalusiens erreichen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Villa bietet mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern für 4 Personen viel Platz. Sie ist gut klimatisiert, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der überdimensional große Pool bietet stets eine Erfrischung. Der Weg zum Haus (der letzte Kilometer) ist etwas anspruchsvoll aber selbst mit unserem Mietwagen VW t-cross problemlos machbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Joseph und Frank, dem Betreuer vor Ort, war stets zeitnah und überaus freundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

WOW!!! - no other words describe it. With hectic lives we always look for peace and quiet to recharge and Villa Zalia delivered that in buckets. The villa is stunning. Open plan living with everything you need for a great trip. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom facilities are very nice indeed. The outside areas are amazing with a stunning pool. The photographs do not do the views justice at all - absolutley breath taking!!! Your are isolated which was perfect for us. No dogs barking, traffic noise, nothing. The wifi was great if you want to remain connected to the matrix. We cannot fault the villa or location at all. Absolutely perfect. Frank supports the villa and it was great to have an insight into the local area and have him on hand for advice. thank you Frank. We used Helle Hellios car rental as recommened by the owner and they were infact the cheapest despite the owners discount. We had a VW Polo which was more than enough to get two of us around. HH will recommed a bigger car as the location is in a mountanous area but the VW was fine. I would go for an automatic what ever you decide upon. The roads are not for the faint hearted once you get to Alcaucin but just take you time. There is an Eroski supermarket on route. Stock up thier on the way as its a 15/20 drive each time. Our experience was perfect in everyway. Thank you Villa Zalia

außergewöhnliches Haus mit toller Aussicht

Architektonisch spannendes Haus mit toller Aussicht. Die Bilder im Inserat geben das gut wieder. Bahnen schwimmen im Pool, Sitzen an verschiedenen Stellen (je nach Sonne) ermöglichen einen erholsamen Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe. Das Haus eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Malaga, Granada, Alhama de Granada, Nerja und zum Wandern in der dahinterliegenden Sierra (Mitte Juni schon fast zu warm). Das benachbarte Alcaucin ist ein nettes kleines Dorf mit Bäckereien, kleinen Supermärkten und der empfehlenswerten Bar Enrique. Extra Lob für den Vermieter: Wir mussten wegen Corona zweimal verschieben, was kein Problem war. Auch konnten wir am Abreisetag länger bleiben, da der Flug erst am Abend stattfand. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frank ist ebenfalls hervorragend.

Heerlijke woning voor weekje weg in de zon

Mooie en fijne woning om met z'n tweeën tot vieren naar toe te gaan, wanneer je in Zuid-Spanje wilt zitten. Ver genoeg van de kust om aan de toeristenindustrie te kunnen ontkomen, dicht genoeg erbij om er naar toe te rijden wanneer je wilt. En voor de tijd rond het huis zijn er prachtige terrassen en uitzichten en een top zwembad.

Entspannung pur

Die Fotos stimmen zu 100%. Wie haben uns von Anfang an ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und unglaublich gut erholt. Das lag an der außergewöhlich tollen Lage, der Ruhe und natürlich diesem wundervollen Haus, dass keine Wünsche offen ließ. Der Kontakt mit Joseph war unkompliziert. Comfortable Oasis in Beautiful Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa with our two children in August. It was tastefully decorated with all our requirements met - cot, high chair, washing machine etc. The setting of the villa is stunning - completely private, peaceful in beautiful surroundings but enough activity within reach for day trips. The house welcome pack was extremely comprehensive as was the correspondence with the host. We loved the pool and our kids spent hours in there each day. The only slight drawback were the wasps around the pool but I’m sure this could be easily remedied. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommendable.

Super séjour !

Villa au top ! Extrêmement bien situé pour ses vacances reposantes. Aucun vis à vis direct sur la piscine. Franck discret et disponible quand on a besoin de ses services.Villa climatisé super agréable au vue des températures en juillet/août. A moins de 20 minutes super centre commercial vous y trouverez tous ceux que vous désirez ( alimentions, habillements, cadeaux, jeux, restaurants...) Si je pourrai être exigeant il manquerais une cafetière électronique à l’intérieur de la villa. Pour le côté extérieur ( le propriétaire ne peut rien y faire ) prévoyez un véhicule tous terrain les dernières routes pour accédez à la villa sont en gravier et cabosser. Pour finir le Propriétaire répond à tous nos question assez rapidement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!

Moderne Villa in traumhafter Lage

Wir durften zehn Tage in der Villa Zalia verbringen und haben jeden einzelnen Tag davon in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Lage ist einzigartig und die Ausblicke auf Berge, Meer und den See sind unglaublich. Die Villa ist sehr hell, modern und gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und der Pool ist absolut gepflegt und hat eine gute Größe um einige Bahnen zu schwimmen. Granada (die Fahrt durch das Hinterland ist wunderschön) und Malaga sind gut zu erreichen und in den schönen Orten Nerja und Frigiliana ist man in einer knappen halben Stunde. Die Betreuung durch Frank war hervorragend und auch der Buchungsprozess bei Joseph war absolut professionell und verlief reibungslos. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, da uns die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Atmosphäre gepaart mit der guten Erreichbarkeit der Städte und des Meeres sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir hatten bei der Buchung die Befürchtung, dass die Villa ein wenig weit ab vom Schuss sei, aber dem ist nicht so. Es war sehr wohltuend nach einem Ausflug in die quirligen Städte in die Ruhe zurückzukehren. Es ist empfehlenswert einen geländegängigen Wagen zu mieten, da die letzten Meter zur Villa auf einer nicht asphaltierten Straße zurückgelegt werden müssen.
