VILLA OASI, 50 meters from the beach and air condition

Villa Oasi is located in a context of terraced villa residences, all recently renovated.The location of the villa is in a very strategic point for those visiting Sicily and especially the province of Trapani and Palermo, with the motorway 2 km away.The house has a large private garden with the possibility of hosting 2 3 parking spaces, it offers a lot of privacy and there is also a small fountain where you can rinse off when you come from the beach. The large veranda that you immediately notice at the entrance welcomes you to enter the interior of the house and we immediately enter the living area which acts as the center of gravity for the 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom, in one of the 3 bedrooms we also find an en suite bathroom. The house in the back has a courtyard where we can find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and the laundry department.It is equipped with sheets and towels, wifi, washing machine, iron, ironing board, 2 air conditioners, TV, dishwasher, microwave and normal oven, kitchen complete with utensils and a charcoal barbecue on the main veranda.They are nearby; mini markets, restaurants/pizzerias, bars/tobacconists. The villa is three family, only the main external entrance is shared with those who live in the other accommodations, otherwise it is completely independent. Private parking space inside, even for a second car.Outdoor shower with hot water.
