Great house & location

We loved that you can walk everywhere. Lovely neighbourhood. Dogs loved the large yard and sleeping by the fireplace.

This was a perfect home for my family from Sydney and Newcastle and Albury, to comfortably catch up and spend some time together. Such a pretty home and very convenient for us all to walk to town and shop.We will definitely visit this home again.

Relaxing holiday

Classic on the George is a great house , it has everything you need very spacious, a big back yard for my dogs to play they love it . Shops are close by and the parks are beautiful. We went to the Hume weir it was great , alot of walking places , i recommended Classic on the George , Jane was a great Host thankyou we will be back . Janice&Gavin

Picture perfect

In a quiet location yet close to shops and the main heart of town. The house has everything you could want for your stay. There are four bedrooms so ample room for larger families. The garden and grounds are large and there's undercover parking that leads straight to the main entrance. Will book this place when I'm next in .

Great for family get together

Great property, was perfect for hosting a family reunion, with everything we needed. Dogs enjoyed themselves as well- the property is very secure and dog friendly. Jane is responsive to communications- nothing was a problem.

Will try again when in Albury

Stayed here with the family and dog and enjoyed the additional space and backyard that you have with a house. On arrival was the place was very clean with a fulll kitchen and plenty of cooking equipment etc. The full kitchen was a priority given the limited dining options. As one of the kids was in Albury for school sport the laundry and dryer were also a priority.

Maggie’s House

We enjoyed our stay here. Warm and inviting. Very comfortable. We had breakfast with the birds (friendly Magpies 10-15 ) every morning, truly magical. Our 11 year old shar pei enjoyed patrolling the large enclosed gardens and chasing the magpies off from stealing his chicken. Great fun. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful Garden

The first thing you notice when you arrive is the beautiful garden. The house is comfortable with good sized rooms and the gas fire in the loungeroom is perfect for those chilly days and nights. Convenient location not far from the Hume Freeway. Resident magpies are friendly and it is lovely to hear them singing during the day. Main downside is that the house is under a flightpath. Good value for money in an older area of town. Pet friendly fencing. Would stay again.

Lovely house

We came for a family funeral Five adults House perfect for our needs eg four bedroom Found a broken glass plate in drawer cleaned up shards from the drawer. Went to cook bacon, frypan rusted and unusable. Had to improvise. We didn’t use BBQ but opened lid and saw rust n both griddle and hot plate. Wouldn’t have used it without having to scour it. Crockery chipped and very old. Towels really need to be updated. Old and used. A mixed bag. Whilst a very lovely and comfortable house these issue’s really need attention. Apart from these issues it’s basically

Great stay in a wonderful property

A lovely older home in a very convenient near town location. Very well set up with pretty much everything you need except food. Coffee and machine was great! Safe yard for dogs, which are considered by the owner. Would definitely stay again, and confidently recommend the property

Country cottage elegance, Better than the pictures!

This property and Manager do not disappoint! We were greeted with a hand written welcome note, a bottle of bubbly and Festive decorations! This property had not been done justice by it's photo's, both spacious inside and outside. With gorgeous gardens, plenty of shade and privacy. Great cooking facilities including a BBQ and in the bathroom there's a rain shower which feels like a mini massage. Many drawers full of 'staying in' activities for the young ones. Great cooling system for those hot summer days. Walking distance to the best skate park ever, shopping precinct, Eateries, Theatre and more. So many opportunities nearby to take a drive and explore. In all a very comfortable, well equipped and relaxing place to stay. With a very lovely, welcoming and accommodating host to myself, my children and our fur baby. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Albury. Thanks very Much Jane!!!!
