Perfect Old Town Location

We LOVED our stay here!! The shower is very small with very low ceilings. It's an older building, so the water pressure is low, also. However, it was just so cozy AND we all had our own rooms for privacy. Excellent place!!

Prime location!

As former ABQ residents returning for our first visit in years, we knew we wanted a central location near Old Town. This spot can’t be beat! It’s charming, cozy and offers delightful New Mexico vibes we were looking for. And surprisingly quiet considering proximity to the action. Taryn is a SUPER host - very responsive, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a place with personality that’s right in the thick of things!

What a great place. Location is perfect for a stroll through Old Town with great shops and stores. Communication with owner prompt and professional. Apartment well stocked with everything needed, and the owner provided a comprehensive guide to the city and suggestions for attractions, restaurants, and things to do in the city. Excellent place that provided everything needed to make our stay comfortable and easy. We stayed at many VRBOs in the past, and this one is by far provided ample information for guests on how to make their stay the best. Well done!

Unbeatable location

We had a great stay here. Apartment was the perfect size for 3 people and very clean. You really can’t beat the location, all of the fun Old Town shops are right across the street and it was an easy walk to Albuquerque Zoo. Only critique would be the shower is on the smaller side and the wide shower head doesn’t really work for the size.

Convenient stay in Albuquerque

The property is in a convenient location very close to Old Town, which was great for our needs as we had a wedding to attend. The building was secure and felt safe. The rental was clean, was well stocked in the kitchen, and had what we needed for our stay. The two things I would mention, and they are meant to be helpful to the owner, are 1) the stools in the kitchen eating area are uncomfortable, they had to back rest - stools with a back rest would be much more comfortable for guests on vacation, and 2) the one and only shower had a very low flow shower head. Yes, it is too low for tall people but it actually took longer to shower because it took longer to rinse off. The shower head needs to have more force, or at least more water should be coming out in a concentrated area. Thank you for the noise machine. It was a nice touch.

Convenient Stay

The location was great, right in Old Town near all the shops and food. Everything was in walking distance if desired. I like that the complex is gated, a little extra feeling of security while in a new city and away from home.

Didn't feel safe in this area

My feet were gross after walking around in this unit the floor was not clean. The closet in the master bedroom was missing so we could not block the light and it has a sign to not turn off the unit making the light. We did not feel safe in this area, I was afraid my vehicle would be broken into while I slept. The host was not good with providing information up front, the code to the gate was provided 2 hours after check in time and info on early checkout was provided after we were leaving. The host ask about early arrival and early departure in the communication, but it felt like they were overly concerned. We arrived in the evening and left in the morning didn't see a need to let them know exactly when we were going since it was well within the times of the booking. This was part of 10 day trip and was our worst location and second most expensive.

Albuquerque and Beyond

April 2024 - We had a great time in NM. I was there for a conference and was able to stay the week. The rental was just as pictured and described within in walking distance of Old Town and many other attractions. We could go to Santa Fe, Turquoise Trail, Jemez Scenic Byway, hot springs, Acoma Pueblo tours, Valle de Caldera, Bandelier, El Morro, Sandia Mountain Tramway, etc. The weather was amazing! We would stay again.

Lots of room- convenient location to old town.

A little on the plain side, which was ok for us- we weren’t in the place that much. However, the AC was weak( had to open the windows at night) and the shower is just tiny and short. Overall - OK.

15 minutes to EVERYTHING

The location was wonderful. It seemed like we were only 15 minutes to anything we wanted to do. Right across the street from Old Towne, close to many attractions. The host was very accommodating and shared information on things to do in Albuquerque. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, a sound machine in the bedroom. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The shower is very small so if you are tall you might have to duck. We enjoyed our stay!! Linda and Liz

Just Like Home!

Just finished my four day stay here. Such a cozy apartment and a prime location to all the sights. Taryn was a very responsive host who thought of everything, left detailed instructions, an informative binder and kept in close communication with me to answer my questions. When I return in the Spring, I will book her apartment again.
