We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, well located and nice outdoor space for relaxing. The Sandia mountains are beautiful and the food delicious. I would definitely recommend.

A very convenient location for supporting a loved one staying at UNM Hospital. Nice neighborhood, and the house is nicely supplied with necessities for the kitchen and bath.

Family Visit

We absolutely loved staying here! Check-in was a breeze and the house was furnished well and very clean. Beds are very comfortable as well! It is centrally located, so it did not take long to get to different attractions and events as well as wonderful food! We highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to Albuquerque!

Enjoyable stay at the Dartmouth House

The Dartmouth House is attractive and well-appointed, the neighborhood is walkable and seems safe, and the hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. All made for an enjoyable four-night stay.

We enjoyed our second stay at The Dartmouth House. It was spotlessly clean and the secure entry was easy to use. The house is well-furnished and the kitchen well-supplied. The neighborhood is pleasant and friendly, important to us because we like to take walks and look at the interesting New Mexico architecture and yards. Also, the hosts were easy to communicate with and graciously accommodated our one special request.

Quiet retreat

This house was everything we were looking for! It was well kept, quiet, and perfectly located. The communication with the property manager was fantastic, and yet we still experienced the privacy and peace we were seeking. I will definitely rent this property again.

Home away from home

This house was great. It is furnished and decorated nicely. We love to cook and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was fabulous. The location is within walking distance to University of New Mexico and it's in a great location.

Very comfortable property close to campus. The owner went above and beyond to help us park our tiny trailer in the drive. Excellent hospitality. Highly recommended.

Great for a 2-friend stay

My friend and I were in ABQ for a quick golf weekend and this house was perfect. Centrally located. Clean. Well-stocked with essentials. And it was just the right amount of space we needed. Only thing it's missing is a dishwasher.

Great house, huge backyard, stone's throw from UNM

I was in Albuquerque to visit my son at UNM - Dartmouth House was fantastic as I could just walk over to the dorms but didn't feel like I was on campus. The house itself is great - roomy with great amenities. Spacious backyard if you're a family looking to cook out. Lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes and a great neighborhood. The owners were on top of everything, making sure I had all I needed. Definitely will be looking at Dartmouth House again on my next trip.

Relaxing

Visiting from Texas, we found this place to meet all of our needs. We are very much key on finding places that feel like home. This place was it! Cleanness of the home was perfect, beds were Very comfortable, love the fact it has extra bedding and towels etc, trash bags, and access to if you need to clean up messes. Wash/dryer with soap included. Just feels like your home! Lovely home, you’ll enjoy your stay! We def did!

Well stocked bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay here. We did a lot of cooking and were happy to find some spices, oils, a meat thermometer and a crockpot to make our lives easier. A quick drive to visit our grandson in the NICU made the location ideal. I took off one star as I don't think the photos showed how tiny the bathroom was. If you have little kids, be aware the water was extremely HOT. We would stay here again, the iwners were quick to answer our questions.

Perfect for UNM Move-In

The Dartmouth House was the perfect spot for moving my son into UNM. It's close enough to campus to walk and so it was easy to coordinate with him and adjust to any changes in his schedule. The house was exceptionally clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And being in the wonderful Nob Hill neighborhood, when my son was busy, I took some lovely walks in the cool mornings and visited some of the great shops and restaurants in the area. The host also provided a wonderful suggested itinerary of places to visit, and I was so happy to discover new and wonderful reasons to love Albuquerque!

Good time in Albuquerque!

Very quiet. Comfortable. You need a car, Uber or Lyft to get around. Communication excellent. I think the check out could be later than 10am. It will give time to do the errands before leaving the house. My wife and I were very happy. Thank you!

Lovely Home & Well Appointed

Me & my father stayed at this property for the weekend in Albuquerque. The AC was set perfectly for a hot day when we arrived & was comfortable throughout our visit! The beds were comfortable with good bedding. The shower pressure was great and plenty of hot water. The host provides K-cups for the Keurig - you only need bring your type of sweetener and some special creamer for a perfect cup of coffee. The refrigerator has cold water and ice - and the ice was freshly made! It was the perfect location for all of our excursions and both highways are easily accessible. I would love to stay here again - thank you, Carl, for checking in with me throughout our visit!

Great place to stay

My husband and I have a daughter who lives near this house, so we always look for a place in the Nob Hill area when we come to ABQ. This house was perfect. We loved the location, it was nice and clean and it has a great backyard with tables and chairs. I use a rollator and it wasn't a problem at all. There are just 2 steps to enter the home, then everything else is accessible (It is always challenging to find an accessible rental). Before booking, all of our questions were answered quickly. We had no need to ask any questions once we got there--everything was perfect. We will look to rent here again!
