Really nice area in Albuquerque. Felt safe. The kitchen had everything we needed. But the best part about this property was the owner. Super nice and helpful. Great communication. I’d stay here again because of this.

The house was amazing & the views were phenomenal. It felt like home. Nicolle was an absolute angel throughout the entire process, going above and beyond with not only communication, but making us feel so very welcomed. She even has a book of popular places to visit. If you’ve never been to New Mexico, this is a GREAT first time experience. She will guide you every step of the way. The house was immaculately clean, too. There wasn’t a thing that we needed, that wasn’t in the house. They have thought of everything. All of the pictures are from the balcony. Can’t wait to visit again! New Mexico has part of my heart, now. Signed, TN girl.

Enchanted & Cozy Stay

We absolutely LOVED our time at this property. Nicolle was a wonderful host from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed with such a thoughtful gift basket and an inviting ambience set throughout the house. While we had several activities lined up in Albuquerque during our week long stay, our children (ages 16 & 12) preferred to just relax at the property several times because they felt that at home. I can't speak highly enough of this property and Nicolle. My favorite part was coffee on the porch with the FANTASTIC views of the Sandia Mountains and Albuquerque. You won't regret staying here.

OK but outdated and cluttered

I really don’t understand the great reviews. We were disappointed.We were surprised by how steep the stairs are and the main living area is upstairs. It does say in the description but says it’s all worth it because of the view.The view is OK but it’s certainly not spectacular. There’s so many magazines that it just feels like clutter and they are outdated like 2004? The beds are comfortable and theres plenty of towels but again worn. I thought shag carpet began to fall out a favor in the 1980s and by the 1990s shag carpet was considered updated. This is 2025, but apparently it does and this carpet definitely needs to be changed for something newer. The communication was responsive, but I found it a little too much and a lot of directions of what you had to do and had to not forget, and then those directions are repeated again and sometimes three times.

A Sacred and beautiful home

Very inviting and the decor was amazing, getting there late and exhausted but the next morning there was coffee amenities and morning sunshine iin the kitchen. We were there for the Gathering of Nations powwow.

Amazing experience!

Our trip to Albuquerque started out as a solo trip for me to present at a conference and turned into a mini family reunion! I booked this house to accommodate everyone and it was the best decision. The house is exactly as it appears in the photographs, maybe even better. One of our favorite parts was watching the hot air balloons from the upstairs porch every morning while drinking coffee! Pictures of that can't do justice to the actual experience. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe, and the house is close to stores, outdoor activities, and Old Town. I highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

Charming place with stunning views

The real thing was better than the photos. Stunning views of mountains and hot air balloons. Authentic southwest decor with firepit in back yard. Walking distance to Rio Grande nature trails and short drive to Old Town. Generous, helpful hosts left goody package and well-stocked pantry. We'd definitely go back to this place!

Awesome Home Away From Home!

It was a wonderful place to stay with awesome views and delightful furnishings. This was my 3rd or 4th visit, and I know I’ll be back again. The best parts are the property managers! They really know how to do hospitality right. You will love staying here! They really go out of their way to meet all and any of your needs!

Great 2nd stay

We stayed for our daughter’s wedding this time. Our first stay was in June for planning the wedding and we loved it so much we came back. The hosts attention to detail is unmatched by any other property we have stayed at. I would describe it here but it would be a book. Suffice to say “if you need it they have it”. It’s the most beautifully decorated property ever and so many comfortable places to hang out. The views are magnificent as well. You Must stay here if you visit Albuquerque. Thanks Nicolle and Robert for another amazing stay.

Nice, well kept, excellent space

We stayed here on an exploratory trip to ABQ for Breaking Bad / BCS location scouting, National Park visits, hiking, ect.. and it’s a great place; bedrooms on both levels, lots of interior space, exterior courtyard with couches, a covered porch, the place is great. Clean, well kept, well maintained, responsive hosts if we had questions..

Beyond Our Expectations!

Absolutely lovely property. Great location with the neighborhood being lovely and quiet. The house was so beautifully decorated and comfy offering a number of outdoor seating areas. The amenities far exceeded the listing. The hostess/host were so generous with their time, providing us with restaurant tips and general information. We had a wonderful honeymoon! We throughly enjoyed our accommodations, the food and culture of Albuquerque and surrounding areas of New Mexico.

Wonderful New Mexico Experience!

The property was very nice, clean and well furnished and the communication with the property manager was excellent. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the location was very convenient for all of the things we wanted to see and do in Albuquerque. Best VRBO ever

We have stayed in VRBOs all over and this, by far is the best. The owners were very available. The property was beautiful and so organized. If you need it, they have it. The beds were luxuriously comfortable. There were amazing views from upstairs and downstairs. If I could take Nicolle and Robert back home with me to decorate my house I would. We will definitely be back and if you don’t choose this property when you come to Albuquerque, you’re missing out.
