Property was great for a quick get away and golf. Centrally located, quiet neighborhood. House was updated and clean. Host was fantastic, great communication and even ordered a crock pot for us. The only flaw was we only had 3 forks but since there was just two of us, this wasn’t huge for our trip. Pool and hot tub were awesome!

This place was Amazing. I would highly recommend this place for Adults and Families. It was Beautiful, clean, roomy, convenient to anything you want to see or attend. It’s very private and so many things to do that you could just stay there with the Amenities and have a wonderful time. Our Guest Coordinator was Awesome and very helpful. Alexandria was Amazing.

Absolutely fantastic property! There were four of us in our party - and we were in Albuquerque for the Creed Concert. The house was perfect for us. The location was great - we were literally able to get anywhere in the city in 15 minutes or less. We went to the Breaking Bad Tour, Creed Concert, and the gondola ride to the top of the mountain. The pool was fantastic. The beds slept great. The host was amazing. A couple of us had to work as well - and the high speed internet (gig) speed was very helpful.

This house was stunning! It was somewhat like a maze in there, but we loved it because it helped a lot with sound dampening and giving separation to the different parts of the house. The kitchen was beautiful and had appliances you would not think of a rental supplying, like a bread maker and a ninja blender. The pool was loved by all, and we played hours of volleyball with the supplied net! I would come back here again in a heartbeat.

The house is beautiful and recently renovated. Lots of good seating inside and outside. We really enjoyed the pool! There was good shade by the pool , which we appreciated. The 4th “bedroom” is a den with a small pull out sofa. The kitchen was well equipped except the ice maker did not work and there wasn’t enough cutlery for 5 people. The location is very private and within easy drive to the Plaza.

Spacious and accommodating

Friends weekend

Great property inside and out. Beautiful big outdoor patio with lots of patio furniture and pool, hot tub, pool toys. Property owner very responsive to questions that arose. Very nicely remodeled kitchen and bar area for hanging out and relaxing. Grill available outside. Within 20 minutes of airport. Would stay again.

Great outdoor space, pool and hot tub

Location is in an older Santa Fe neighborhood which we enjoyed. Very close to balloon festival area. It’s listed as 4 bedrooms but works best as a 3 bedroom, 2 living rooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor space. The pool is bigger than it looks on the listing.

Nicer than you expect!

Great communication! Local knowledge at a text was extremely comforting & informative. Honestly they undersold how nice and swanky this place is. When it comes to vacation stays I have had good experiences & bad ones too, this is easily one of my favorite experiences- vacations-relaxation and all around great time! We opted for Albuquerque over Santa Fe because of the massive price difference and more family oriented activities. It’s was only a 38 minute drive or we took the short rail when we went to Santa Fe. My favorite thing about this trip was at the end of the days adventures we all piled onto the huge couch and fired up the one push button fireplace! So cozy and hard to achieve with multigenerational families, making memories. Both the adults and the kiddos are already asking to go back to the “Nice House by the mountains.”

AWESOME STAY

A little skeptical at the beginning but the home was beautiful. The house was very clean and had lots of kitchen items to cook for a lot of people., The pool was amazing, a little warm the first day with the cover on but was perfect the next day, i will definitely stay there again,

Cozy oasis perfect for a Girl's Weekend

This property was perfect for the 5 of us having our annual college girlfriend reunion - the space was impeccably appointed and decorated with little touches that really made the difference between a good property and an exceptional property. The hot tub was warm and cozy, the living room with the fireplace was comfy and cozy and wonderful for both reading and catching up on our lives over wine and cocktails! The kitchen was beautifully appointed with enough cooking utensils and equipment even for this serious home cook - we made a delicious dinner and some wonderful breakfasts while visiting. The location was quiet and secluded, yet within 20 minutes of all of the things we wanted to see and do. Alex, the property manager, was incredibly communicative and informative and gave us some amazing restaurant and activity recommendations - we used more than a few of them and they were all spot on. This place would be perfect for a family or 2 or a group of friends reuniting - our only regret was that the weather was a little chilly to take full advantage of the beautiful outdoor space with the fire pit, grill, pool, and variety of seating areas. HIGHLY recommend this property - we would definitely consider it again if we came back to the area. Thanks for an amazing getaway!

Balloon festival retreat

This house was amazing! We booked it for the balloon festival and it is located just miles away from the park. The balloons actually flew over the house and landed in the neighborhood on the last day. Lots of things to do to keep your party entertained!

Best in experience in Albuquerque

My husbands family is from Albuquerque and we visit once and a while. Would definitely visit more often with a place this nice to stay. Comfortable and beautiful. Top notch remodel with no expense spared. This place had enough space to spread out if wanted or congregant together and visit in so many areas. The host was very responsive and their online guestbook is very cool and helpful. All the tvs and internet were very easy to use. We didn’t have little kids but they did have amenities if we did and anyone who does will be well set up.

Air Force graduation

In my party we had 8 adults staying for 4 days while attending an Air Force graduation. This house was close to grocery and anything else you would need. We ordered out quite a few meals also and there was a large selection of different types of restaurants to choose from. 1) bedrooms-a beautiful master with a bathroom to die for. Another bedroom with a king? Bed. Next bedroom had two queen beds in it and a front study had a sofa bed that converted to a bed and this was private with doors so it’s own room. Beds were comfortable and the linens were wonderful. There is laundry available which really helped. Outdoor living—we spent a lot of time hanging out at the house. There are multiple seating areas with nice furniture groupings and a pool! It was hot this august so the pool was a huge bonus. Kitchen has everything you could need and then some. It even had two coffee pots in the kitchen and one in the master Bedroom! I needed to contact Alex a couple of times and my problem was solved within minutes and all via text Which is also very convenient. If you are looking for a home base while you visit the area or just wanting to spend all your time hanging out around the house, this home was perfect and so roomy we never felt crowded! Loved this home—beautifully decorated also….we may go home and rethink some of our paint choices😀

Hidden Gem

This property is truly wonderful! Everything was perfect from the time we checked in to departure. The rooms were very comfortable, beautiful layout throughout the property, and the kids loved the pool! Alex was awesome, very helpful, and made us feel extremely welcome. We hope to return in the near future!
