The property was fabulous! We will want to stay again in the near future. The fenced yard was perfect for our small dog, there were no places he could get out of the yard at. Although we did not cook this time out, we noted how clean the kitchen was and how it had everything you could need to prepare any type of meal.We were really impressed.

Sam was a fabulous host. Great communication, before and during our stay. The home was comfortable and had so many amenities to make the stay even more pleasant. The home’s location is ideal. Our family met in Albuquerque for a family event and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. David the host was quick to respond to the few questions we had, the home was the best equipped of any we've stayed at, the beds were comfortable, and the location perfect ... just a block from Old Town.

This is an excellent Southwest style home on a quiet street but within walking distance of a weeks worth of activities. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dinnerwear, and the pantry has plenty of the little things that you might forget to bring if you're cooking. The host is friendly, has a good attitude and excellent communication. This property checks all the boxes for a 5 star stay.

Communication with our host was great from start to finish. The property is gated, gave us security during our stay. The backyard is big enough for families with kids. We brought our pet dog and he had a good area to run around in. The entire home was clean and organized. Loved the location as well. Walking distance to Old Town shops. Definitely recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sam's lovely adobe home! We had everything we needed. Old Town was within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet. The house was the perfect place for the five of us! The location was near shops, restaurants, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were nicely furnished, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Small things like a variety of pillows, soft linens, and thoughtful supplies added to our comfort. I enjoyed sitting on the back patio, the views from the kitchen, and having space to relax between outings. The owner was responsive and kind when I checked in early without thinking about the time (it had been a long day!) I would definitely stay here again!

This is a fantastic place! The house is beyond charming. It is one of the very Best VRBO's I have rented and I have rented many! It has everything you could want supplied in it. Sam the owner was immediately responsive when we had a little problem with the gate. The location is perfect, next to Old Town, and the neighborhood very quiet. The only thing I would change is I would stay longer if possible!

If you want easy access to Old Town and to stay in a beautifully restored adobe home, this is the place. Every detail was considered in the home's upgrades, from dimmer switches to central air- while vigas still make an appearance in two of the bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful location. We will definitely be back!

Charming Adobe in Albuquerque

We loved everything about this cute adobe style home. It had a great fenced in yard for the dogs and was within walking distance of an awesome restaurant that was pet friendly. The home was cozy and comfortable. Especially loved the comfy beds!
