Our group loved staying at Christine and Matthew’s place. They have thought of everything. Plenty of space with 5 bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, lovely hot tub and outdoor entertaining space. Highly recommend staying here!!!

We were in town for a tournament and rented this beautiful house in a very quiet neighborhood. It was very easy to get to everything we needed to from there. The host are amazing and the communication was easy and frequent. I would recommend this home too anyone.

This was my first time using Vrbo/renting a property, and it EXCEEDED my expectations! Christine and Matthew were extremely helpful and made the entire process less stressful. I had lots of questions (almost to the point where I thought I was being a bother), but Christine did not hesitate to respond in a timely and friendly manner.The property itself is gorgeous and well-maintained, and there was plenty of room for the nine of us (4 adults, 5 kids) that stayed. Although I was not able to capture a picture of the first floor, primary bedroom, you will have to take my word that it is the best room in the house! The hot tub was such a fun and easy experience, and the kids loved played jenga and bowling out in the yard.If you have future plans to visit ABQ, I highly recommend renting this property. You will not be disappointed!

The house was spotless and just as pictured, and was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and games. Christine was very communicative, including texting check-in instructions to the person who was arriving first and answering any questions we had. She provided great recommendations for places to check out in the area! We enjoyed using the hot tub and being close to many restaurants and local attractions. I'd definitely recommend highly and would look at this home's availability first if I visit the area again.

We stayed at this property last week for a girls trip. We were all very impressed by the cleanliness of the house and all the personal touches!! Bed are very comfortable, rooms are spacious. You can feel the care and thoughtfulness the host put into their home! Christine answered my texts promptly with house questions and great suggestions for local food and sightseeing!!

Amazing rental! Hands down the best VRBO host I’ve worked with and I couldn’t be happier with our stay. Owners were responsive and had well thought-out instructions for home and information on touring Albuquerque. We came during Balloon Fiesta, and they went above and beyond to provide a unique experience during the festival. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the comfort items we needed during our stay. It was a great location for exploring Albuquerque. I will absolutely seek out this rental again!!!

We arrived at this beautiful pet-friendly house perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood on a corner lot. The house itself is gorgeous with an Adobe type fence around the perimeter of the home. A secured area with carport makes for ease entering and exiting the home. A separate fenced area located adjacent to the house with a hot tub, gas grill, outdoor fire pit and seating makes for a perfect evening. The inside interior was gorgeous and spacious but still felt cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for a gourmet dinner. However, we ordered a lot of takeout and relaxed in the beautiful surroundings. We travel with two small dogs and they absolutely loved the house and the yard. There’s also a large green space park located just a short walk from the house. Our pups loved going to the park and meeting a lot of new friends. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and made helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. We found this home to be one of the most comfortable and relaxing homes we’ve ever stayed in. We would highly recommend this house and would most definitely book our stay here again when we return.

Was in town for a long weekend celebrating a family event. This house was perfect! What I walked into is what I saw online. It is in a great central location and the hosts are communicative and real experts on the local area. All of their recommendations were great. The house was perfect to hang out in with enough space so nobody felt cramped when we were all in the common area. This is a home we look forward to returning to whenever in Albuquerque.

This spot really was a home for us during a family vacation (older parents, four siblings partners). Comfortable rooms, every kitchen utensil you could ever hope to need, plenty of temperature-controlled space to gather and chill, and well-located to spread out to enjoy and appreciate what Albuquerque has to offer.We didn't get to see everything out there, but we're happy to know that next time we're planning to drop in to ABQ we won't have to think twice about where to stay.These hosts care about the guest experience and the neighborhood that they're inviting those guests to stay with. I really appreciate the responsive communication and the kind words shared with neighbors about the property's history and renovation, and about the town at-large.I've been pretty lucky with vacation rentals over the years, but this one was a rare gem in how it exceeded every expectation in every category. My only complaint is that I can't give six stars.Thanks again.

This house was the perfect house to fit all of my family’s needs!!! It had everything we needed to just be able to enjoy the trip and not have to worry about anything! It fit all 9 of us comfortably with no problem at all! The outside area was just as nice for hanging out around the fire pit and grilling as well!! We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was very relaxing! It was very clean and comfy and cozy, made it feel like a real home to us! We were so happy to be there and make the memories that we did!! 10/10 recommend!!

Beautiful home, incredibly well equipped, very clean. Lots of rooms to accommodate our extended family. We even enjoyed playing corn hole on the 2nd floor patio room! Highly recommend!

Memorial and family reunion.

We were in Albuquerque for my father’s memorial service and a family reunion. Matthew and Christine were incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and very communicative through the entire process. They even called me in response to a question I had about the HVAC system to walk me through it. The property is lovely with plenty of room to spread out and super comfortable. The location is close to several area attractions and freeways (but not so close you can hear them), making it easy to get anywhere you want to go. I highly recommend this property!

Spectacular!

We were in Albuquerque for our daughter’s wedding. The property was close to the venue, which was great. The house was immaculate! Updated and modern with a surely southwestern decor. It was well stocked with everything one could want for amenities. A hot tub was a must for us and voilá, there it was clean in easily operated. Our host was attentive and very informative. Absolutely great. I highly recommend this home in your looking in the Albuquerque area!

The 10 of us had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated and centrally located home. Our only complaint was the HVAC issues & appreciated the quick responses, although it didn't resolve the issue. The house was well stocked and very comfortable.

Everything went smoothly & according to plan. The location was perfect as we found many great restaurants within 10 minutes of the house. Quiet neighborhood & friendly, helpful neighbors.
