Exclusive Southwest Beauty

  • Exclusive Southwest Vacation Home located on the "bluff" in Rio Rancho with unobstructed views of the mountains and sunsets. Recently completely remodeled with all the comforts of home including Smart TV's and WIFI. 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Stocked with coffee, flour, hairdryer, shampoo.... The bedrooms have very comfortable beds with high-end linens!! The location is just blocks from Hwy 528, the main drag thru Rio Rancho and just a few miles north of Albuquerque. 5 miles to the Balloon Fiesta Park. There is a wonderful walking trail close by and a park for the kiddo's and pets. We have other homes in the area, please inquire. This is our 4th rental and we are getting rave reviews with all of them. We take a lot of pride with the way our homes are decorated and stocked for your comfort...we must be doing something right!! Owner is a licensed Realtor in NM. Long-term rentals are welcome.

    Regarding any PETS; we welcome all of your babies and travel companions with no extra fee. We just ask the parents be respectful for our home, furniture, and the next guest. Please DO NOT allow your pets on ANY furniture without covering it with a sheet. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR THIS. Pick the yard up before you depart. Always put your pet in its kennel before you leave. PLEASE BRING YOUR PETS KENNEL FOR THIS. And clean up any messes they've made. My cleaning people are instructed to call me, as soon as they get to a home, when they see evidence of a pet. Including an odor. We will take pictures, and there will be a $500 charge for breaking these rules. NO EXCEPTIONS

The house is truly a beauty. It felt like a home away from home. It was spacious, warm and welcoming. Having a full kitchen as well as washer and dryer was a big help. The back yard was great and the visits by the local covey of quail was a special treat.

Beautiful, comfortable home in Rio Rancho

My husband, mother-and-law and I traveled to Albuquerque for a family funeral. This home was the perfect place to stay--a beautiful, comfortable, home away from home in a peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Quiet neighborhood

House is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood yet still close to everything. Bedrooms are nice size and living space is comfortable. Home is exactly as pictured with convenient amenities.

Cozy and charming

Had a great stay here, was exactly as pictured, fit our family of four comfortably. Outdoor atmosphere was cozy and warm, we enjoyed the nights, sitting around the fire pit.

Rio Rancho Family Visit

Quiet and relaxing

We (my parents, husband, and myself) were in town visiting my brother who lives a short distance away. This house was a great place to relax and enjoy a few days together. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet, plenty of space for everyone. It was especially nice Sunday morning to look out back and see several hot air balloons in the horizon. I would definitely book this location again!

Absolutely gorgeous

This is the best vacation house in Rio Rancho. This is our 2nd time to stay here and we will always check the availability of this house for all of our New Mexico trips. It’s clean, very comfortable and a fenced in back yard with clean rocks.

Clean, Cozy, and Quiet

Stayed over the Christmas Holiday and very much enjoyed the view of the mountains and the city lights. The home was clean and well maintained. Plenty of coffee. Management was a pleasure to deal with. We would stay there again.

Nice Place

We are local residents that needed a rental while our own home was in need of a repair. The property owner was quick to respond. The place was nice with a southwest vibe. It has a great view and is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Rio Rancho work/play stay

Enjoyed the dry hot weather while also working from a home away from home. Hiking, kayaking and even a daytrip to Santa Fe are just a short drive. Mountain views from everywhere. Quiet neighborhood and a hiling trail in walking distance with full view of Sandia Mountains

Quiet, Clean and spectacular Views

We were in town to celebrate Thanksgiving early along with Paul’s stepdad’s 95th birthday. We could see his apartment building from the large backyard which was perfect for our dogs. We all felt welcome. The house was well equipped and we relaxed and enjoyed every thing. The quiet location was what we needed for rest and sleep. Thanks!

Beautiful location and great neighborhood. Had some issues with dated cooking equipment in kitchen.Some bulbs around house burned out. Supplies rather sparse. Beds were super comfortable and appreciated. Very clean inside and outside. Back patio area has an awesome view especially at night. Very quiet

Peaceful street with wonderful view

This home was well stocked with bath and kitchen essentials. It was clean, organized and comfortable for our short stay before closing on our new home. Our dog was unsure of the rocky backyard but didn’t take long to get used to it. We were thrilled and thankful to find a pet friendly VRBO.
