Great place to stay! There is a lot of spaces to relax and unwind. Beautiful views and was decorated for Halloween so felt like a home away from home! Highly recommend this place.

We loved the house and the backyard. We came for the Balloon Fiesta and could see them launch from the backyard. The house was perfectly clean and loaded with amenities, even a outside refrigerator with tons of drinks. If we ever are in Albuquerque again, we would definitley check to see if this place is available without hesitation.

Great place for the Balloon Festival

Very nice accommodations and kitchen very well stocked with anything you may need. Beautiful view of the balloons during festival. Comfortable beds and room to roam. Very nice choice!

Experienced host and tasteful home

Very nice home. We enjoyed the creek view mornings. We cook all our food and kitchen was well appointed. Special thanks to Magdalena for honoring our request ahead of time to use hypoallergenic and fragrance free laundry soap on linens and bath towels. It made the difference between a relaxing stay or uncomfortable one. Ditto on accurate posts here. We asked for garage space for our car and covering of indoor camera. All were done ✅. I would stay here again if this city is on our travels. Two things out of her control; cigar smoker neighbor and highway traffic noise when outside. Indoor noise was not noticeable.

Short Albuquerque Family Visit

Our family of 5 grown ups enjoyed the majestic views and exceptionally well appointed New Mexico home on the bluff of the Rio Grande River. Hot air ballons and amazing sunrises greeted us each morning. The host was highly attentive, including leaving a sympathy note upon our arrival (we were in town for my father's funeral). Excellent place to stay in Alb.

We enjoyed our stay at the house it was perfect size there were some things that we were surprised about like the camera in the living room was invasive and the master closet was completely full of owners stuff in fact the owners stuff is everywhere in drawers snd closets and garage completely full we couldn’t use it and there was a truck parked in driveway

Amazing Dream Property

This property was the best we have ever stayed at. The host was great, the house was better than a model home, the back yard was jaw dropping, voice activated lights and entertainment, and the refreshment refrigerator was over the top (a store quality glass front Coke cooler). Free beverages of course. State of the art everything. This is a dream property.

5-star stay and a 5-star homeowner.

Rating this stay 5 stars was a no-brainer. The previous glowing reviews were legit. The home and property are immaculate. The listing under-sales the property because there are just too many positives to list. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more and I truly wish we could have stayed a second week. I wasn’t prepared for how much time I’d want to spend just relaxing in the outdoor space, we actually scrapped most of our evening plans for this reason. We also saw coyotes and a roadrunner (on separate occasions) in the backyard which we found particularly funny. The homeowner couldn’t have been any better, from communication (both proactive and responsive) to her ability and willingness to help us with some special requests. I’ve never been more satisfied with a stay in my 30+ years of traveling. And after reading all this, I’m sure you’ll still be left wondering how much of this is hyperbole. Just trust me, this is the place you want to stay!

Amazing View and Comfort Too!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was just as promised, the location was convenient for us and the house was easy to find. The home was quite clean, very well provisioned, and decorated outside for the holidays as an added surprise! Plenty of space and very comfortable. Not "just a rental" - it's a lovely home. We hope to stay again sometime.

Exceptional house and views

The house was everything I hoped it would be and more. The house was sparkling clean, the owner response to every question was immediate and very friendly, the views from the windows and backyards were amazing. I also liked having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so each of us had our own space to sleep and get ready in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the bedding soft and clean. There were enough pillows and blankets, which we all appreciated. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well supplied with all the necessary dishes, cookware, and utensils. There was space in the garage for one car, but the neighborhood was safe so we parked in the driveway. The backward is quite large with lots of seating and overlooks the river and the trees along the river were in full fall colors. There is also a wonderful rooftop space where we enjoyed watching the sunrise. Overall this property is amazing and I hope to return one day.

Don’t hesitate. Book.

Great location, great house. If the wind is right you can see balloons!! 2nd time staying. We leave early and come home late so don’t cook or use much kitchen gear. Had issues with bathroom electrical and the home owner proactively communicated the issue and resolved quickly.

Great home, grounds and location

We were 3 couples who came for balloon fiesta. Magdalene’s house was perfect- lots of room for socializing and privacy when wanted. Each room with own bathroom. Master bath huge with both spacious tub and shower. Views of valley and Rio Grande from back patio spectacular both day and night, and there is an upper level viewing area for even better panorama. Hot tub was enjoyed. Kitchen spacious with updated appliances. The location perfect for either going to to the balloon fiesta or watching the ascension from back patio ( binoculars make that even better). Short trip to Old Town Albuquerque, Sandia Tram, and many restaurants, grocery stores and fast food. Magdalene very responsive to any questions. Lovely place to stay when in Albuquerque.

Spectacular views, even better than the pictures on line. We had excellent weather so we were outdoor living with plenty of seating, areas to gather. A bathroom for each bedroom! A kitchen that was appointed with anything one might need. Convenient location, easy to get to. We had a lovely stay...

Immaculate home with stunning view

Only wish we had been able to stay longer ! The views from this home are absolutely stunning. The home is immaculately clean. Easy to book, check in and check out. Very attentive host. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need. Would absolutely recommend for any groups without children. We plan to make a trip back for the hot air balloon festival in the future.

Great VRBO!

We stay in 5+ VRBO’s every year, and this one should be on your list. It’s exactly as advertised, beds/linens/furniture is in good condition, comfortable and clean! 3 full baths. Garage parking. Homeowner had decorated for Halloween which was a treat. Outdoor areas do have traffic noise from the interstate but the house is quiet and restful inside. Views are lovely.

Morning views

This property was excellent. In great condition, very very clean and had all the extras. The views in the morning if you can get up are fantastic of the sun rising up over the Sandia mountains. Perfect time to get some coffee and get started on your day.
