Cute older home just off downtown Albuquerque. The house is incredibly well stocked and our hosts left us the most lovely gift basket. You are minutes from restaurants and coffee shops.

This is a beautiful home with thoughtful preparation by the owners. The owners are very committed to ensuring you have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. They are readily available for questions and suggestions about the city as needed. The decorations and staging are above par, and the layout is well done. It's close to Old Town with the better shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

Best experience!

This home was within the country club area in downtown Albuquerque close to Old Town with access to I 40 and I 25. It's a quiet neighborhood with lots of large trees which is hard to find in Albuquerque. We loved our stay here and had everything we needed. Super sweet hosts with excellent communication.

Southwest decor!

Really lovely home, you feel the New Mexico vibe!Good location for activities in Albuquerque and going out for dinner and drinks. Nice to have coffee and cream awaiting one’s arrival, as well as stocked with cooking items if you decide to cook.

Super stay in ABQ

We had a lovely stay at this rental. A huge welcome basket greeted us when we arrived. The rooms were well decorated, the house was extremely clean and well stocked- it was a very inviting place to stay. Nicolle made sure everything was perfect for our stay, and every last detail was in place.

Adorable home

I loved staying here. The owner had thought of every convenience. The house was immaculately clean. It was charmingly decorated in southwestern style. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and I felt safe there.it is a great neighborhood for walking. The owner welcomed me with a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. The yard was a fun place to hang out with lots of patio furniture. I especially like the round dining room table with the chandelier above. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated. And of course, the kitchen was equipped with everything one would need. My son lives nearby and I hope to stay there every time I visit.

What a perfect spot

Perfect location to reach all the fun things in town. Nothing too far away. Lovely home, comfortable beds, nice kitchen to cook in. You will love this place! Oh did i mention the hosts? There are there for anything and respond so fast! We will be back!

A little piece of heaven

My family had a mini reunion. We had people from Dubai, Michigan, Chicago and Amarillo staying in the area. I wanted a cozy place with a southwest feel that would impress. This place did not disappoint!! The fact that the hosts were so helpful and welcoming, was a bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

Charming and welcoming

This was a charming house with a super host. We entered the home to soft music playing and a basket of goodies awaiting us. The house was decorated with warmth and lots of personality. It was well equipped with everything we needed and much more. We loved that we had two king-sized beds. They made our sleeping much more comfortable. The backyard was so quaint and decorated with colorful seating. Overall, it was a very comfortable home for our 3-nights stay. The most amazing thing about our stay was our host, Nicolle. She was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful—way beyond our expectations. She guided us through Albuquerque like an expert concierge! She responded to all our questions quickly via text. By the end of the three days, I felt as if I had known her for a long time. She truly made an impression on me! We loved our stay! Thank you Nicolle!

Wonderful Commication - Very Walkable

Fantastic house!

Our party of 3 enjoyed our stay in this lovely house! The owner has superb communication, the beds are comfortable, the house is stocked with everything one might need, and the decor is beautiful! The neighborhood felt safe & Old Town is a quick drive away. Inside and out, this is a great house & we’ll stay here again on our next trip to ABQ.

Above our expectations. Beautifully appointed, we just couldn't have ask for a nicer place. Totally impressed. Hostess was available and always helpful. If 11 or 12 ratings were available it would have gotten one.

Care and Comfort

My husband and I, along with our bichon, enyoyed 4 nights at Casa de Encantador. I knew right when I opened the door that we were going to be comfortable here. Open and airy, with a delightful collection of southwestern furniture, this was a place we could relax, accommodate to the higher elevation, and enjoy being in the older section of Albuquerque. And there wasn't a thing our host didn't think of and have ready for our stay. Just when I thought I'd have to make a trip to a drug store, I opened a drawer and there was a tube of toothpaste - no need to leave. Just time to relax and open the bottle of wine that was left for us along with the incredible blue corn chips with a delightful salsa. Syrup for pancakes? It was already there. Coffee and half and half - you got it, already there. The beds were comfortable, everything worked, and Nicolle left great instructions and restaurant recommendations. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in Albuquerque.

Southwest Immersion!

This house was the immersion into the southwest that we were looking for on our family vacation. The decor was beautiful, the ammenities were many! And the house was super clean! It was perfect in every way! Loved our stay there!!
