We truly loved our 3 week stay at Casa Perla. The condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities necessary for a long stay. Perfect location for getting around all of Albuquerque and only a day trip to Taos and Santa Fe. We loved Old Town, especially Church St Cafe. Try the Prickly Pear Margarita! Thank you Alyce for being such a thoughtful host. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine, snacks and fresh flowers. Extra bonus an attached garage! We highly recommend

The house is cozy and comfortable. Alyce is an amazing host. It’s incredibly close to Old Town which was fun. The garage is a great plus as well as the outdoor areas. I highly recommend!!

A short walk to Old Town, souvenir shops and Breaking Bad Museum. Easy access to I-40 to explore other areas of Albuquerque. Garage parking was a definite bonus.

House was adorable-especially loved the very tasteful decorating style with warm colors, textiles, art and some whimsical touches. The welcome basket provided had everything we needed to launch our stay; coffee, snacks, etc. well supplied for everything including a wonderful fire pit all set up outside. Host checked in throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! Amazing!

Casa Pearla was PERFECT for our ABQ vacation. Its proximity to the central plaza in Old Town meant that great food, shops, and culture were just a walk away. The home itself was lovely. The host provided thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. All around a great experience. Will stay here again!

Hits the sweet spot along the price value axes. Well decorated, well appointed kitchen. Some really nice touches like excellent coffee, cookies provided, nice art and some good books……very welcoming. Great to be within walking distance of old town. I’ve been to ABQ five times, and this is the best place I’ve stayed. Would definitely book here again. Reasonable price, great value.

This home and the owner are one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed with. Home is very cozy and decorated really nice. Outdoor patio is a really nice bonus. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and had several helpful items waiting for us upon arrival. Communication was fantastic and fast. We will for sure stay here again.

Alyce’s place was terrific! The location was walkable to so many attractions and the home was so thoughtfully done and cozy. Even though it is close to some main streets it was also extremely quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

This home in the heart of Albuquerque, felt more like a tropical resort thanks to its decor, lighting, back and side yard flora and stylish furnishings. This two story townhome with garage is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need. I HIGHLY recommend and will return.

The property was just as described. Check in/out process so super easy. Location for our particular trip was amazing. Within walking distance of everything. If we had to say anything for improvement it would be about cobwebs on lamps (I'm a big spider baby, and a few hairs on floor rugs in bathrooms.Would so come back and enjoy this lovely location again FOR SURE!Thank you to Alyce for the check in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. (1st time that has happened) 5 stars for you and your property.

Alyce was a prompt and kind communicator. She thoughtfully left chips salsa limes, margaritas and alovely card with a rose from the garden.Casa Pearla was wonderfully decoratored, with art and textiles. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were just right with plenty of linens for your exact comfort level. The temperature was conviently adjustable to suit our needs. Shower pressure was excellent (veryimportnat for the ladies).Cleanliness was top-notch. Linens and supplies were abundant. The couch and living room chairs were very comfortable and of higher quality. The outdoor living space was quaint and lush with an apple tree, lilacs, roses and ivy and soft outdoor lighting. Truly a garden oasis with three different seating areas and a fire pit. The location is easilyLocated to both major highways,Old Town and the airport.This was a wonderful place to stay and we will be returning again! Wonderful stay within a very short walk to Old Town, location was amazing! Great space, quiet and clean. Beds were comfy, good water pressure in shower. Kitchen was well equipped. Cozy living room space. Nice outdoor patio space. Great communication from host for check in and check out. Highly recommend High Noon for dinner, food was delicious and they have the BEST margaritas - freshly made, no yucky bottled mixes! Also, Church Street Cafe had an amazing breakfast, and I would think their dinner is fabulous as well. 10/10!

Convenient to Everything

Casa Pearla exceeded expectations. Our family loved how close it was to so many things to see in Albuquerque and close to major highways for longer trips in the area. We are already planning when we can come back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Wonderful home base - Just as described

We really enjoyed staying at Casa Pearla as our home base for exploring Albuquerque and taking a day trip to Santa Fe. Alyce is a terrific host. She is very organized and communicates all relevant information clearly and in a timely manner. She is truly committed to her guests having a comfortable and relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation with a great location

Home was extremely comfortable with lots of space to relax. The location could not have been better- walked many places. Alyce left detailed instructions at the start and end of stay. Breakfast cookies and coffee was a welcome sight. We would have spent more time enjoying the outdoor spaces but weather didn’t cooperate.loved being able to pull directly into garage with opener! Location location location!! Walking distance from old town. Minutes from highway and down the road from silver row (wholesale). It was clean and quiet. Felt safe. Darling decor and amazing host!! Had everything you needed. Can’t wait to come back!!

Great stay in ABQ

We stayed 21 days at Casa Pearla and had a Great time in ABQ. Casa Pearla is as described on the VRBO site. The house was very clean and had nice towels in the master bath. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking including many spices. It is very close to Old Town and many of the restaurants. The beds were very comfortable with foam mattress and nice sheets. This is a very nice place to stay in ABQ and we will return for another visit.

Great home

Nice home close to many things we wanted to see and do. The garage is a really nice feature. An abandoned restaurant and a car wash across the street were disappointing but once inside it was another world. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet considering how close Central Ave is.
