You expect to get what you pay for. Unfortunately that’s not always the case. For example, the room in this ‘premium’ hotel had been poorly serviced. In itself this may not be a big deal, but then we pulled back the sheets and discovered that the sheets clearly had not been changed. The staff tried to make it better, which meant repacking and hauling everything I had just brought to another room. I was very late and after a very long day of driving, all I could do was cry.
