Location

The villa is located in the municipality of Albufeira, on a street perpendicular to the beginning of the Strip - a street of bars, nightlife, restaurants and shops frequently visited, essentially by young people. Despite being very close to the hustle and bustle, the house is in a quiet and sheltered location. Oura beach is 1.5 km away and about 15 minutes on foot. The old town centre is about 3 km from the villa. Faro airport is 35 km from the property.

• There is a device in the room that monitors noise levels to ensure the well-being of neighbours.



Failure to comply with the following rules may result in an additional charge:

•Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

•Smoking inside the property.

•Presence of guests not included in the booking.

•Parties, excessive noise or failure to comply with quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

•Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

•Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

•Failure to comply with check-out time, by default by 10:00.

•An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

•Key left in the lock.

•Use of glass objects in the pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional on completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.
