With seven bedrooms and six bathrooms, the villa guarantees space and comfort for all guests, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with complete convenience and share them together.



On the lower floor, Villa Prime offers a complete leisure area with a snooker table, table tennis and table football, ideal for entertainment among family and friends.



On the outside, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool (additional cost) and a dining area with BBQ, perfect for relaxing moments under the Algarve sun.



Located in a quiet area of Albufeira, Villa Prime is close to beaches, restaurants and local shops, making it the perfect retreat for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
